Thank god for Archie's Plumbing.

Our condo's property manager had hired Fisher Plumbing--she said our building has always used them; long story--and Fisher destroyed a good chunk of the bathroom. I'm not exaggerating.

Archie's showed up on time and thoroughly repaired all that they could. I'll need a carpenter for the rest, but Archie's fixed all that falls under their purview.

My parents have used Archie's for years and hold them in high regard, too.

Shocking based on the reviews but I would never call again. I had a simple job, had to wait 5 weeks for an appt. and did because he is supposed to be so good and is located in my neighborhood. Showed up, kept telling me I didn't need a new faucet and he would fix it. I told him I bought a new one (same one- so no issues with an install) and wanted a new one which is why I called. I should have known when he didn't show up with a tool box he wasn't planning on working. Stayed 10 minutes- charged me $150 and left. What is so great about this plumber?? Worst service ever and treated me poorly by ignoring my request - he could have cared less and I wasn't in a position to argue with him.

I have usually had bad experiences finding plumbers I trust to not rip me off. Last time I had a problem where I needed to fix a pipe in a wall, I took a chance on Archie's and was not disappointed at all. I needed to remove a cracked drain pipe. Price was completely reasonable and job was done quickly. Will try to use Archie's whenever I can.

We really appreciated Archie's Plumbing services. We had a link under our kitchen sink. I called him and he promptly called me back later that day. His schedule wasn't ridiculously booked where we got squeezed into see him about 4 days out. He took a look at the problem and gave us a few recommendations. He wasn't totally sure where the leak came from. He said to call him back after testing out his suggestions. After a couple of days of trying to find the leak, we spotted the issue. We called him back and he came to fix the issue. He wasn't too expensive. I would say pretty reasonably priced.

Keith (Archie's Plumbing) has done three jobs for me now: All new clean water plumbing in our old house al the way out to the street, complete redo of our main sewer stack in our basement, and completely reconfiguring our laundry room in our basement.

Every time I call him, he calls me back the same day. He shows up when he says he's going to, charges you what he tells you he will charge you, and does an amazing job. One of those rare experiences nowadays where you really feel like you're getting what you paid for.

Old school guy- no fuss. I recommend him to all of my friends.

Needed an Insinkerator Tank installed. I had already purchased the Tank from the manufacturer.
A friend recommended a plumber. I described the job, which was not his expertise. He referred me to Archie's. Keith, an owner, returned my call and quoted me $108.50 incl tax, and a Senior discount on the phone. His next available opening was two weeks. I made the appointment, and impatiently waited. I figured the I would get a second quote. Answering adv for $50 off, I called for a free estimate. The Tech arrived, looked at the site, took out his Tablet and announced the estimate as $524 plus Tax!!!! I thanked him and more patiently awaited Keith's arrival. He came at the Promised time. He was through in less the 15 minutes! I handed him the check and we departed as friends!!! You can bet I will refer anyone who asks, ""Where can I get a good Plumber?""!!!!!!!!!!!!!
