Skip and his crew have been extraordinarily helpful and reliable over the many years we have used them. Very skillful at diagnosing and fixing all kinds of repairs that we have needed, including tricky leaks in our walls from corroded pipes, installation of toilets and faucets and gas cooking tops. Skip has always been very responsive, stands behind his work and is reasonably priced. We feel lucky to have found him and highly recommend him to others!

My insurance companies restoration team recommended Archies plumbing. They made a repair of a water leak while I was away from home. The rate and repair seemed a little high but withi reason.

After I returned from vacation, I fould another leak within 2 feet of the leak the plumber fixed. I called him back to do the second repair.

The tech noted he saw that potential issue but thought it was okay. Anyway, the issue was a gasket for the stall shower drain. The plumbler did not have the part on his truck so he went out to get it. He was gone over 90 minutes and said he could not easily locate the part. After installing the gasket he also used silicone all over the top of it to ensure it did not leak. He also fixed a shut off valve that he closed on his prior visit. The total cost of this repair was $520.00. What a rip off. He could have just used silicone in the first place and it would have been sealed.

I would definately not use him again. I have used other service companies that have been much more up front with their customers and worked with them for a fair job and payment for both companies.

Be warned, STAY AWAY from this company!!

Found him to be overpriced and rude. He did what needed to be done at a very high cost! Also had poor communication skills.
