Archie returned my call right away then showed up at my house in less then 1 hour. He ran a sewer line camera and quickly diagnosed why my drain line was not draining properly. Turns out there was no slope on the middle section of my drain line. Then he ran camera further and detected another potential drain line problem, an intrusive root in the drain line under my driveway. Did I also mention he diagnosed a clogged sink line as well. His pricing was very reasonable and great service. I originally just planned to snake my line however with out using the video camera in my drain line I would have wasted that money and not have known the real problem. I highly recommend. When I had a leaking water heater, I looked around for local plumbers. I found Archies and gave them a call. They had someone at my house immediately to take a look. They provided me with a very reasonable quote, so I asked them to replace my water heater. I have absolutely no regrets, they stuck with their price (unlike many other plumbers or trade workers out there) and did extremely clean work. The water heater not only functions perfectly, but the install itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I needed some work done after my old plumber didn't finish a lot of the final touches in my new bathroom. I got their number through a friend, and these guys came out quick and finished a lot of the stuff, including finishing the drain and re-doing the shower head which the other guy left very crooked. Overall very satisfied with the service and they gave a lot of attention to detail. Definitely do not hesitate to call them. They are young, driven and very professional.
