Honest, timely, and knowledgeable. We were getting the common runaround from 5 other plumbing outfits regarding our water heater. Phone diagnostics from all of them said to put in a new water heater for $1500. We had diagnosed it as best we could as a thermal coupler issue. A $10 part. Archibald said if your water heater is in otherwise good shape, it is a relatively simple repair. Honest. Timely. Knowledgeable. Look no further. Call Mike Archibald.

This is another great review for Archibald Plumbing. My water heater failed over the weekend and Michael called me at 7:02 A.M. Monday morning to arrange for a service. He worked me into his schedule and arrived early afternoon. It was apparent that he is truly an expert at these repairs. It turned out that I discovered on Monday evening the water was just lukewarm. Michael returned promptly early Tuesday afternoon and installed another part that fixed the problem at no extra charge. He said sometimes it takes a revisit but not very often. His charges were very reasonable, but just as important is his personal interest in his customers. It is comforting to know that I have plumber that I can rely on in the future.

I had trouble setting my recirculating pump on my water heater. I called Mike Archibald and left a message that I did not have hot water. Mike called back and had me take a picture of the pump and then called me and explained how to set the pump. He then texted me in the morning to see if we had hot water. This is one decent human being. We will use him for all our plumbing needs.

Last night at 9:15 our one year old water heater failed. We contacted Mike who assisted us over the phone to shut it down. This afternoon he showed up with a new water heater and installed it quickly and cleanly. Can't thank him enough for his responsiveness and professionalism!

Archibald Plumbing was awesome! They are true professionals and have great customer service. Technician was very knowledgeable; So much so, that he tried trouble shooting over the phone to avoid charges that incur when plumber goes fix the problem. His efforts were greatly appreciated but troubleshooting over the phone wasn't an option for us because we have tenants. Mike came out the very next morning to fix the water heater problem and even took his time to teach the tenants how to do routine maintenance on the water heater. They really went above and beyond. We will definately use Archibald Plumbing again.

Michael was great. He came out to replace a leaky water heater and thoroughly explained how it worked, how we should be maintaining it. I've used another plumbing service for years (and do really like them too) but I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Archibald Plumbing.
