Archibald Plumbing is our go-to for all plumbing problems. They are very prompt and reasonably priced. Their work at my place has always been very good. They have done everything from installing a toilet to fixing a garbage disposal to installing a water heater. I've even called Michael for a recommendation on an appliance guy, and he was really helpful. Five stars from me!

I normally don't write reviews but when a company is this honest and saves me about $2000.00 to fix my broken water heater, l have nothing but rave reviews for them. Others wanted to come and replace the entire unit but Archibald plumbing found the the problem and save my water heater for a fraction of the cost of replacement. My water heater failed and was leaking all over my garage. This unfortunately happened on a Saturday evening. I called Archibald plumbing and spoke with Mike Archibald who explained to me that he could come over first thing Monday morning and replace the water heater but in the mean time he explained to me how my family and I could still use the shower when needed and how to stop the leaking in between using the shower and running the laundry until he could replace it which helped a great deal since we are a family of five.

That Monday morning Mike showed up with a new water heater and all the parts to replace it. Mike was very efficient and explained everything he was doing while he was doing it and why it needed to be done. Within an hour the water heater was installed and we had a working water heater with no more leaks. Thanks Archibald Plumbing for helping us so quickly.

Recently my Grams water heater failed as well. I was so impressed with Archibald plumbing that we had them replace my Grams water heater as well. Thanks again for all your help with our plumbing needs.

Awesome experience from start to finish. I had a bad 75 gallons water heater and wanted to replace it. Called a few plumbers for a quote with pictures of the old heater and all of them wanted top come by to look at it. Michael responded within minutes and gave a quote with a reasonable range.

I finalized the job and had him come the next day to install the water heater, with expansion tank and hot-water circulation pump for instant hot water throughout the house. The costs were pretty reasonable and the service was fantastic! I would highly recommend Archibald plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Showed up late, took approx. 1 hour to look at the jobs, gave me a bill for $218.00. Said he would get back to me with a price. Never heard back, & over 1 wk later I contacted him. He said he was too busy. I was not happy. He asked what I wanted. I said a partial refund, given that he was not going to do the work. He said OK. that was a month ago. He does not pick up, does not return my calls, and stole an outrageous fee for doing nothing. Don't get cheated by this guy.

Mike saved our bacon, last minute, on a Saturday no less! We were having a new refrigerator installed from Best Buy and the technician said we needed to call a plumber. Why? Well, he claimed the water bob wasn't working and the problem must be from inside the wall because, even though the water to the house was shut off, he said water kept spraying out.

So, I text Mike from Archibald plumbing with an SOS! He was there within 15 minutes!! Of course, the technician had already taken off. Was there an actual problem? No! The technician just hadn't turned the valve off all the way. That's right...the Best Buy installer left my old fridge in my living room and didn't install my new one because he failed to turn a valve off all the way so he could unhook the water line from the wall! Unreal.

Thankfully, Mike got everything hooked up for us, gave us some pointers on what to look for and monitor with a new fridge, and didn't even charge us his usual Saturday fee because it ended up being such an easy fix. Amazing!

I highly recommend Archibald plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! We will definitely be using his services again!

I want to thank Michael and Ryan for there great, fast and friendly service. I had a slab leak and they did a repipe as well as a new regulator. They are a TOP NOTCH business.
Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner they were fair and reasonable in price. I would recommend their service and can not say enough about the quality of work.

Michael is a certified AO Smith technician and repaired our AO Smith water heater that was under warranty. He responded to text inquiry and showed up Monday morning, quickly making the needed repairs with new parts he had in stock. Whole repair was covered under warranty. He is a pro and showed up exactly when he promised. I can highly recommend him and will be using him again.

Archibald Plumbing takes care of our Company and houses, we have an IBC hot water heater-boiler system that's fairly complicated he got it up and running as fast as he could get the parts from the distributor, when others in town would not even come look at it, as this system is not made in the US.

This is a 5 star plus review. I have a Polaris hot water heater-boiler that's fairly complicated. It quit working late on a Friday, so I waited until Monday to have my plumber come over to take a look at it. Very honest and referred me to another plumber that he highly recommended for trouble shooting and repair. 2nd plumber recommended Mike from Archibald Plumbing. At this point I'd already become familiar with the heater thru their tech support and actually ordered an igniter. Called Mike and he had the part on his truck. I had other issues with my expansion tank and a leak that Mike and Ryan fixed. I talked to him around 5 PM and they came the next day around noon. Extremely happy and highly recommend. Very fair on bill. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing.
