If you have a smaller job don't waste your time calling. I had a tentative time set in a week-he would call and let me know. A week and a half later I Never heard back so I left a voice message. 2 days later I get a text message thats he's too busy with his new construction customers so I should call someone else. Thanks, just wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting.

Unfortunately not a good experience for us, dealing with this company. After having them come out, check the site and project, they gave us an estimate and we scheduled a date for the work. Two workers showed up on the scheduled date, started looking at the site and called me out to say it was going to be several hundred more dollars. Okay, we agreed. About 15 minutes later, they told us it was going to be too much work, take more time and they did not have the manpower and would be leaving. At first I thought they meant to reschedule, but no, they were leaving for good. I asked for a name of another company, which they gave me, but that company's phone had been disconnected. We had heard good things about this company, so we tried to use them. I will never recommend them to anyone. The project, and other services, like electric, now have to be delayed, also.

They are awesome!! Not only are they 2 of the most polite tradesmen I have ever dealt with they are also efficient, extremely skilled and they care about their work sites!! If you need any plumbing done - I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!!

As a home improvement contractor of twenty some years, it has been my experience, that I would rather be dipped in honey, buried in the sand and attacked by fire ants, instead of calling a plumber.

But the good guys at Archer Plumbing changed all that. Today, a very experienced, friendly local team came to my home and installed a new water heater and toilet for me. They completed the job quickly, cleanly and correctly. Price? Fair is an understatement, I expected the bill to be twice what it was!

I would give this company six stars if I could. I now have them on speed dial and I would highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber. (But, be prepared, they have a lot of satisfied customers, and they may be a tad late; but it is worth the wait.)
