Horrible customer service. This company installed all of our new kitchen plumbing less than 6 months ago. The garbage disposal stopped working, so they agreed to come and look at it. The technician looked at it for all of 2 minutes, and then claimed that the Moen disposals are not good and it is a bad disposal. It's brand new! And then he proceeded to ask for the $118 service fee for the visit. We have several future projects that will require plumbing and I WILL NOT be calling Arch Plumbing. The greed and lack of customer service.

Always the very best! I've used Arch Plumbing more times than I can count and each experience is always better than the last. We're going from a single vanity to a double-vanity and had them come out to do the work. Of course, the work was perfect. The plumber was awesome (Tony) and just all around a nice guy. I highly recognize Arch Plumbing for ALL your needs -- they've done my basement bathroom and bar, fixed busted pipes, new valves, and now extended our plumbing for a vanity, and it's just incredible every time. Brady, the owner, is also incredible - always shoots straight with you, and has the best team.

A neighbor recommend Arch Plumbing & I was blown away by the professionalism from the first moment I contacted them. Denise was so kind and helpful and answered all my questions right away. Once I scheduled our new water heater, the service tech called with his arrival time and was prompt and professional on the job. Recently the attention to detail seems to be lacking in the service industry, but not at Arch Plumbing. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Love this place! Fair prices and very responsive!! We have used Arch Plumbing two times. The 2nd was when our hot water heater went out in the middle of winter. Arch Plumbing was very busy, but they fit us in knowing how important it was for us to have hot water. Love them!!

Out of 5 plumbing companies I tried to give my business to these are the only ones that were able to come out soon and not give me the run around. I had Rich from Arch Plumbing come to my home Around second week of January 2021 to give me a bid on installing a new sink, disposal and to move some water copper piping. Rich said I should receive the bid in about 4 days. After about a week, I reach out to Rich asking when should I expect the bid. I also let him know that I needed him to give me a call because I had some question about the sink. Rich sent me a text message on January 15, 2021 letting me know that I would receive the bid that afternoon. Again I asked Rich to give me a call. Rich text back to me and said, ""Will do, when I get done this morning"". Rich never sent the bid or gave me a call. On January 18, 2021 Rich sent me a text message saying, ""I'll send you our proposal tomorrow morning. He never sent the bid nor called me. On January 19, 2021 Rich called my wife asking to come over and verify the measurements on the sink. On January 20, 2021, Rich text me saying, ""I'll send over the bid later today. Rich never sent it. I text Rich on January 21, 2021 asking when I might receive the bid. Rich text me saying, ""I'll have it over tomorrow morning."" The bid never came. On January 22, 2021, again I reach out to Rich asking, ""Will I get the bid today?"" Rich text me back saying ""I will get it to you first thing in the morning."" I never got the bid. I text Rich letting him know that I am sick of his false promises and I will be calling the company asking for someone else to help me. On January 25, 2021, I talked to the office letting them know the lack of service from Rich and wanted someone else to work with me and send me the bid I have now been waiting for for over 2 weeks. I let the office know that I was not going to purchase the sink and have them install it so I needed them NOT to put the sink in the bid. I also let the office know that when I talked to Rich, that I wanted a 3/4"" ""Full Port"" ball valve on my copper line and not a 3/4"" standard valve. The difference between a standard ball valve and a full-port ball valve is in the size of the ball and bore in relation to the nominal pipe size of the valve. For example, the bore size in a 3/4-inch full-port ball valve is 3/4-inch in diameter, while the bore diameter in a standard ball valve is 1/2-inch in diameter. She said the sink will be off the bid and the ""Full Port"" ball valve will be on the bid. I did get the bid today, January 25, 2021 but on the bid it said, ""Supply and install new Superior Sink 16 gauge with sound dampening pads and full spray undercoating brushed stain finish sink same size as existing sink."" and ""Install new ¼ turn ball valve for main water shut off."" I reach out to Arch Pluming about the bid, but they never returned my call. I have never experience such poor customer service where promises were never kept and what I was wanting done never met. I have decided to go with Craftsman Pluming. I will never recommend Arch Plumbing to no one.

Quality workmanship, replaced quite a few things, and all work great. Will definitely use again. Matt the installer was great and Brady will shoot you straight, on pricing whether you are providing materials or they are .....even telling me a couple things I should wait to do since they were very functional and newer. Very competitive. Nice Work!
