I feel like I was scammed, but I only have myself to blame. They don't give you any indication of their hourly or estimate of fee for a basic job. The person on the phone ""doesn't know anything"" - BS. All I had them do was replace a shower cartridge. $275! Seriously? It literally took them longer to fill out the bill than to do the work. They tell me they don't charge by time, only by the job. Well, I lost out on some $ and they lost out on tons of other work. I did get a small reprieve since I supplied the cartridge and the fee was ""only"" $235. Would have told them to take a hike, but they charge $118 just to walk in the door. Never again.

would not give a basic price over the phone for a bathroom sink faucet to be installed. Wanted to charge me $118 to come out and than give me a price.
I would be stuck paying $118 even if I didn't like the bid when he saw it.
It is pretty bad that they can't give a ball park price over the phone.
I would never use this kind of company who's tries to make an extra $118 for their so called service call bid.

I work with a lot of contractors and vendors in the service space and these guys did a great job coming out in a timely fashion to address a clients plumbing issues. They did such a great job that we scheduled them to come back out to fix something else within a week. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. This company installed all of our new kitchen plumbing less than 6 months ago. The garbage disposal stopped working, so they agreed to come and look at it. The technician looked at it for all of 2 minutes, and then claimed that the Moen disposals are not good and it is a bad disposal. It's brand new! And then he proceeded to ask for the $118 service fee for the visit. We have several future projects that will require plumbing and I WILL NOT be calling Arch Plumbing. The greed and lack of customer service.

Always the very best! I've used Arch Plumbing more times than I can count and each experience is always better than the last. We're going from a single vanity to a double-vanity and had them come out to do the work. Of course, the work was perfect. The plumber was awesome (Tony) and just all around a nice guy. I highly recognize Arch Plumbing for ALL your needs -- they've done my basement bathroom and bar, fixed busted pipes, new valves, and now extended our plumbing for a vanity, and it's just incredible every time. Brady, the owner, is also incredible - always shoots straight with you, and has the best team.

Once I scheduled our new water heater, the service tech called with his arrival time and was prompt and professional on the job. Recently the attention to detail seems to be lacking in the service industry, but not at Arch Plumbing. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
