This review is long overdue, the reason is because I wanted to wait to see if the problem completely went away. It's been almost a year and sure enough my toilet has not backed up. Thanks to Enrique he spotted the problem and crawled underneath my crawl space in my unit and took care of the problem that was causing my toilet to back up a couple of times a month.

Firstly, Jared genuinely tried to dispatch a plumber to fix my heater as soon as possible - showed he truly cared that I was freezing in my place. Then as promised, Alex came on time and detected the ongoing issue that so many technicians could not figure out before his visit. Took him less than 10 minutes to resolve the problem and get the heater up and running again. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

We've had Alex help us with a host of issues with our radiators and recently he helped cap the old gas lines that led to light fixtures throughout the house (our house is old!). He quickly identified the T in the pipes that likely led to the fixtures, confirmed it and set about turning off the gas and capping the pipes. Then, he removed/sawed off any protruding pipe stubs from the ceiling so that we could install our new fixtures. Our ceilings are lath and plaster and I'm really appreciate that Alex did his work carefully and prevented the plaster from cracking. He also worked with extra caution around our medallions. Huge thank you to Alex!

Ryan G. from Arch Plumbing is an exceptional plumber to work with. Granted, I am new to homeownership and so don't have a huge breadth of plumber experience, but I know a good professional when I see one. From his first call to our house when we thought we had a minor issue, through the many subsequent visits that culminated in a major repair, Ryan G. was with us every step of the way providing full transparency into what he thought was going on and what it would take to fix it. I took the extra step to call around for a few comparison prices, and can confirm that the pricing from Arch Plumbing was also fair. His handiwork was immediately signed off by the City inspector, and he did it with a confidence that shows real experience.
