Ryan G. from Arch Plumbing is an exceptional plumber to work with. Granted, I am new to homeownership and so don't have a huge breadth of plumber experience, but I know a good professional when I see one. From his first call to our house when we thought we had a minor issue, through the many subsequent visits that culminated in a major repair, Ryan G. was with us every step of the way providing full transparency into what he thought was going on and what it would take to fix it. I took the extra step to call around for a few comparison prices, and can confirm that the pricing from Arch Plumbing was also fair. His handiwork was immediately signed off by the City inspector, and he did it with a confidence that shows real experience.
While I hope we have scant occasion to call on a plumber anytime soon, if we do I won't hesitate to call Ryan G. back!

I bought a new countertop dishwasher recently and was having trouble installing it. I reached out to Arch Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment the next day -- the other people I had reached out to about this on Yelp didn't get back to me or said they weren't interested in working on a countertop dishwasher. Ryan came out to check on what was going on and quickly identified that the dishwasher had a broken pump and that there wasn't anything wrong with the installation. He was only out for about 20 minutes and wouldn't take payment. Arch Plumbing was easy to deal with and quickly gave me the information I needed to figure out the problem.

Arch plumbing gets five stars *****. They are very, very professional from the moment the secretary picks up the telephone and answers the call. Right away, questions are asked how can we help!? Questions about the specifics and what they can do to assist you. After checking around, I chose Arch who made an appointment to replace my water heater anode rod. I was concerned at first about the work and she directed me to talk directly to the professional, Alex for further details. I could tell right away that Alex knew what he was talking about from the get-go. I scheduled an appointment, a time was given and Alex arrived in a clean, professional, full size company van within the time frame. When he was gathering his tools, I could tell that this person was fully trained and experienced by the tools that he was wearing on his tool belt - starting with the premium knipex brand pliers on hand. Removing an anode rod is no fun task and takes agility, strength & experience using the right tools. He had it all - and finished the work within a short period of time. He was neat, clean, intelligent and obviously experienced at his work from start to finish. The estimate, work and travel expenses were just exactly what I was quoted from the secretary - $250.00. I would highly recommend Arch plumbing for any plumbing work because they are honest, careful, clean and experienced. Be sure to ask for Alex - he did the job right!

Arch Plumbing continues to be awesome to work with. We had a few issues with our building plumbing system and some backflow testing. Jorge, Daisy, and the rest of the Arch team went above and beyond to help us out. Had a water heater replaced by Arch. The staff on the phone were very helpful and timely. The technicians were super friendly and respectful of the property. Their price was also significantly lower than the two other quotes I got for the same job. The whole process only took 3 days from initial inquiry, to a site visit for a quote, and then installation.

Had Alex A. worked on our water heater for a 12 unit building since the past 6 months. I've used Arch going as far back as the upgrade since 2013. They've responded w/in 12 hrs. in a weekend & came w/the 2 parts needed in one swift call. This past month I've had Alex come by on 2 other 12 unit properties when the hot water went out. The recovery/repair was w/in the same day. Alfredo & Christian, ur service team is very amazing & the estimates were reasonable in today's market. The estimates going back 10 yrs, ago, just like everything else,. Those days r over. A blessing to have u 4 all my plumbing needs.

I should have written this 2 weeks ago. Thank you Arch Plumbing for sending Enrique to remove the clog from the deeper plumbing outside my apartment. He was kind. He listened to me. Also, he gave me very helpful information. Also, he didn't mind me watching and learning because this will happen again. In the past, my landlords would take care of things and not tell me anything. I didn't even know how the pipes were connected (not as obvious as one would think). He worked quickly. I was expecting 2 or 3 hours of my life held hostage by this yucky issue, but no. 45 minutes. He is a guy who likes his job and his company. The whole experience helped me mellow out and trust.
