I contacted this company to clear a clogged toilet and do a thorough inspection. Their worker arrived at the agreed time. He looked, we talked and I agreed to him emailing me an estimate. Then nothing. I replied on Yelp, I emailed them, I called them on the phone. . . no follow up. My toilet will be fixed but not by this company. Bad, Bad customer service.

George or Jorge came to replace two cracked porcelain sinks for using November 11, 2019. It took him a couple of hours as he was working really hard and very focused on the job. They were great at communicating and showed up and they said they would. Prices were reasonable.

This company is awwwwesome!!!! :-) I can't say enough good things about them. My toilet kept running, and I was freaking out. It wasn't overflowing, but water kept draining down the pipe/hose and getting wasted. The entire experience with Arch couldn't have been better, and I will be recommending them to everyone in my building and anyone in San Francisco! They responded super fast (the 1st to respond) to my request for a quote on Yelp, and Alejandra also followed up with a phone call. We scheduled a free estimate, and George came to my apartment to take a look at my toilet. Alejandra even called to let me know when he was on his way. He was so friendly, professional, knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything. Since my place is 10 years old, the toilet components were deteriorating and needed to be changed: angle stop, flapper, and float valve. George provided competitive pricing, and I felt comfortable with him and trusted him. So I selected Arch after getting about 8 quotes. The water needed to be shut off in my building, in order to switch out the angle stop. So we scheduled a day/time, and Christian ended up coming to do the work because George was sick. Christian was just as great as George!! :-) He arrived early and worked with my maintenance guys to do the drain down. While that was happening, he changed the flapper and was very efficient. The whole process only took about 40 minutes which blew my mind. Everyone else quoted 2 hours. Christian was very polite, respectful, nice to talk to, took off his shoes before coming in, had all the parts and tools ready to go, made good use of time, and wiped/cleaned everything when he was done. My bunny wasn't even scared of him which means he has good energy lol. I am so relieved my toilet is back to normal and couldn't be happier with Arch's service!!! They're so communicative, organized, friendly and thorough. The price was reasonable, and payment was easy online. Wish I could give them 10 stars! THANK YOU CHRISTIAN, GEORGE AND ALEJANDRA!!!!! Arch plumbing has really good service. We had a plumbing emergency on Sep30 and we had to catch a flight soon after. Christian had come in within an hour of our inquiry and fixed the issue. Arch plumbing's service was prompt and of top quality. Thank you guys!

Great experience. Excellent communication with the customer, extremely professional, and the service/work performance was exceptional. The price for the work - replacement of a rusted pipe and T joint - was fair and better than several competitors. Will be using them again when there is a plumbing issue .

Scheduling was incredibly simple, fast, and very flexible. Christian arrived a few minutes early which is amazing and was done with both repairs in less than 15minutes.

Arch is my go-to plumber now that I've been having issues quite frequently st the office. They answer calls right away and do their best to get to Yoruba's quickly as possible. The last few times they are able to come within 1-2 hours, which is fantastic. Christian and Jorge are both quick, efficient, and great at explaining what the issue(s) could be. Price is great and they don't try to shove other services down your throat.
