They came out to fix a sewer drain, they used a camera and told me I need to replace the pipe and it will resolve the problem. I spent a lot of money on fixing the pipe. Two weeks later...I am having the same problems with the sewer pipe. They stopped returning my phone calls and won't make this right.

When I called another plumbing company to fix ARCE work. They told me ARCE's work was very sloppy and they did not use the right material. I would be aware of these guys.

Unfortunately I was the victim of predatory, and dishonest practice by this business; for this reason I do NOT recommend A.R.C.E to anyone. I am the owner of a below grade/garden unit of a four flat building in Chicago. In October, with heavy rainfall, I found out the hard way that the sump pump of the building was not working correctly, which resulted in flooding of my unit, and significant damage to my property. My condo association called on A.R.C.E plumbing to come out on an emergency call to resolve the issue. Ruben Ruiz came to my property and assessed the sump pump and confirmed that it in fact needed to be replaced. Ruben allegedly replaced our sump pump in October, charging $475 for the pump-which is twice the market value, and $300 for labor. Just four months later in February, I noticed flooding again in my unit. Equipped with the knowledge gained from my experience in October I immediately assessed the sump pump which again was not working. A.R.C.E was called back to the property in February, as obviously a sump pump should last MUCH longer than four months. Ruben returned and attempted to tell me that the sump pump was NOT replaced in October, instead, they just replaced a part, though my invoice from October clearly states that the sump pump was replaced. When Ruben was shown the invoice from October, he attempted to piece together his lie about the alleged work completed. This time around, I visually observed Ruben remove the faulty sump pump, which was clearly NOT four months old, instead it appeared as though it was nearly ten years old. As a result of Ruben's dishonest practice I now have additional damage to my unit and property secondary to him not completing the work for which he was paid to do.

This company installed the incorrect main pump for our building (cost $3,500+). As a result, the water pressure fluctuates significantly. Despite promising multiple times the pump would be fixed, even if the cost had to be born by arce, they have not fixed the issue. It has been six months to a year and this is still dragging out. They always say it will be done in a week and it never gets done. Now they are screening my calls and not calling me back. Please stay away!!!!

I own a small property management company in Chicago managing 100 condo buildings. I have the fortune of being the emergency contact after hours. I constantly rely (at least 2 times per week) on Ruben and Elizabeth and the whole team at A.R.C.E. at all hours of the night because I know that they are going to be on site in less than an hour - ALWAYS. This can be a very frustrating part of my job; trying to get someone out in the middle of the night to address an emergency. But when it's plumbing related I know everything is going to be alright. And the best part is that when I get in the office the next business day and they send the invoice it is less than what any other plumber would have charged during normal business hours. These people make me look good and I don't know what I'd do without them. I HIGHLY recommend them without hesitation.
