Eric with Arcane plumbing service has saved my life! My mom's house flooded with dirty toilet waste. I mean dirty water coming out of toilets, bathtubs, sinks... It was a disaster! After calling several plumbing companies in the area Eric was willing to come help my elder mother late in the evening. He worked really hard until late that night and showed up again the next morning to continue working almost all day. He didn't leave until he finished the job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Most importantly, he fixed the problem and was very compassionate towards my mother by giving her a good discount. I know these things can be very expensive. I would recommend Eric and Arcane Plumbing hands down. Great experience!!!!

I've used Arcane for a couple of plumbing issues such as a leaking main water pipe as well as a bad sink clog.
I found in both instances, Eric was transparent, friendly and easy to work with. He was very responsive when I first contacted him by returning my calls quickly. He walked me through different cost scenarios, all of which were very reasonable. Once the work was complete, the work he did looked great, he cleaned the area, and things worked as expected. Neither issue have resurfaced. Arcane will be my first call on future plumbing work.

Eric of Arcane Plumbing did a great job fixing a rusted out cast iron gas line in my backyard. He bypassed the crumbling line and placed a new gas stub and valve exactly where I wanted it for a new gas fire pit.

He was knowledgeable about how to fix my gas line issues, communicated his plan to repair the line, showed up when expected, did the job, cleaned up and offered to answer questions. His bid was lower that another company I got an estimate from. The other company had difficulty understanding what job I wanted done. Eric got it immediately which gave me confidence in his skills.

I know Arcane Plumbing had no prior reviews except a friend's testimonial, that was quite touching.

I was happy I took a chance on Eric. I now have a reliable plumber to call on for my future needs.
