The technician was really nice to deal with, and charged me over $200 for inaccurate advice. He quoted me nearly $5,000 to replace the leaking coil, plus freon etc. for my 5-year-old Trane air conditioner. I later found out that the coil is in fact repairable and got the unit fixed for a total cost of $980 including refilling the freon. How could I recommend this company?

These guys really came through when I had toilet issues in my townhome. I didn't realize I would need a new main water valve outside too but the plumber James was happy to explain what he was doing and why I needed it! He made trips to the hardware store for me and was fair with the pricing for parts and labor. He even had to weld the faucet outside and correct some issues that I wasn't even made aware of when I bought my home! Overall he was super helpful and made the process a lot less stressful than what it could have been! He made himself available for extra questions afterwards too.

I called these guys for a routine maintenance check on our A/C unit for warranty purposes. These guys were great. I called for an appointment Friday morning and they were able to be at my condo that afternoon when I got back into town. Their customer service was great, they were very professional, knowledgeable and the pricing is very reasonable. They also helped us find a new cover for the A/C handler. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I definitely give these guys props for responsiveness. My AC went out late in the afternoon and it was record heat that day. I called my regular AC servicing company and they could not get out until the next morning. I called Arcadia and within about three hours, their technician Valmir Kastrati was on his way to fix it. Valmir was very good and I will definitely consider switching to them when my current service contract expires next spring.

Hailey made the appointment the same day, Val the Tech arrived on time and knows his stuff. Val eased my mind by getting out a camera to show no leak, talk about up to date equipment. He was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be calling for further HVAC issues.

Amazing response time. Weekend, evening and AC went out. I thought for sure I would have to sit in 90+ swealtering heat indoors for at least two days before anyone could get out.

I got on Yelp and initiated the project and Yelp sent out requests.

Within minutes I had several highly rated businesses contact and one said they could get somebody out that night!

That was Arcadia Air. They had somebody out within an hour and there problem solved.

The service itself was good, however, they way overcharge for parts! A fan motor costs roughly $92 and a Capacitor will run you $20 if you buy them yourself. These guys charged $1200 for a fan motor and $400 for a Capacitor!! Are you kidding me?! These are both very easy to install yourself if you are mechanically inclined. I blame myself for not asking the price of both first and having knowledge of their true price. So mad at myself.
