Arbor Plumbing and Backflow

We reached out to Arbor Plumbing last week due to a number of plumbing concerns we had related to sewage, a main valve, and installation of a new faucet. Michael was very responsive and professional, and helped us to find a restoration company as well through some recommendations. The scheduling was very easy and he arrived right on time. He was VERY thorough in inspecting our piping concerns, sewage backups, etc - he looked under, in, and on top of the house. We were very appreciative of how meticulous he was. He was also very ethical and honest in explaining what was going on that didn't need much in the way of repairs, and the few things he did have to do (replacing part of a pipe and removing a leaking valve, installing a faucet), he did very quickly! He was extremely friendly and patient. The cost was also very reasonable, for the amount of time he spent with us addressing all of our concerns. We will definitely continue to use Arbor Plumbing for our future needs!

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. I had the opportunity to work with Michael to schedule some Backflow testing. He ended up leaving me high and dry after we came to an agreement for service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
