Richard treats my property and my small family business like we are just that, family. One almost doesn't think contractors like this exist anymore. Working with him has been so refreshing. I can see how he always stays busy. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and taking good care of the customers. First he shows up on time for the bid, then he does an excellent job of explaining the issues, and last he fixes it for the original amount quoted. I have had so many contractors changes prices on me before mid job so it is wonderful to find somebody honest. I will be keeping Richard's number handy for many years to come! Thanks you Richard. Arbeez Plumbing was recommenced to me by my friends who own Cal-Tech Pump, they often refer Arbeez plumbing to clients.

I had a pretty bad outside water leak near a water spigot. They were prompt, thorough, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I don't normally post Yelp reviews but felt Arbeez Plumbing really deserved a great review. I would definitely use them again.

Good work and the job gets done right the first time. However he charges a lot more than other plumbers in the area, even if the work is in the same town as him in the Oaks. I almost fell off my chair one time when I got a quote for some work.

It would have been great if Richard's abilities were as strong as his ego! What I found was his knowledge to be limited and his unsolicited comments about non-plumbing related matters annoying. I also found his pricing to be very high (considering what I got), verified that with a few local contractors I know and trust. I've experienced much better, won't be calling Richard again.

Even though Richard was at a personal event he still answered his phone to let me know he wasn't available this weekend which I truly appreciate him taking the time and will definitely be calling him again if I ever need assistance.

Arbeez is great. I recently had a water heater failure.
When I called Richard, he advised me to try the reset first (not as obvious as it sounds), which saved me all the expense and inconvenience of a service call. When I called Ben Franklin, a service call was the only option.
They both returned my call promptly, but Ben Franklin was first, so I was able to cancel them out. Richard did repair a leaky sink connection perfectly as well a couple years ago.

This is a third time I use Richard at my house In Kelseyville. All I can say is that I wish I could also use his service at my Bay Area properties.
