I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. The attention to detail and quality of the work was excellent. I had a new faucet, new shutoffs, dishwasher hookup, and silcock with new shutoff valve. The touch less faucet wires were placed meticulously. The plumber that did it all was a real craftsman and gentleman as well. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

We recently had a plumbing emergency it was late in the afternoon when one of our pumps failed and needed a plumber ASAP I called Arakelian plumbing and was told someone would be out in the morning. After doing a little research to familiar myself of how the pump works I knew more than the technician that they sent the next morning. He also told me he was not prepared to fix the problem he would have to get back to me. After explaining everything on the phone I believe I was talking to the owner you send some one that is not prepared to fix the problem!!? We had water all over the floor!! We thought supporting a local business was the way to go I guess we were wrong.

I have used Arakelian for an emergency call, a scheduled repair, and regular maintenance over the last year. Brian was very responsive, polite and professional each time. They were booking a bit out for non-emergency work, but Brian stayed in contact and replied to my voicemail and text. Pricing was fair and quality was excellent for my needs. His team was neat and respectful while in my home and communicated clearly. I was very pleased with the work and will continue to use APH.

These were both large and small jobs, and I feel APH treated them equally. I would recommend using them for any plumbing or heating work.

Hoping APH reads this and learns that ""one size does not fit all""--I recently had a new hot water heater and garbage disposal installed by APH. Professional and courteous but a few problems. I'm in a condo and my hot water heater is in a closet. They replaced my 30 gallon tank with a 40 gallon tank--and after I could not close my closet door and had to remove my storage rack from the door in order to do so. Then they installed new garbage disposal--I did not need a larger disposal but that's the APH standard. Unfortunately, they should have checked my electric box as now my lights dim because the disposal should have been put on its own circuit due to the additional power needed for the bigger disposal. I now have to call an electrician--more $ out of my pocket. APH should realize that condo's can be different than houses and should check the sizes of their appliances to see if it's a good match--mine was not.

My experience was Bad! They came to fix a leak in the ceiling, incorrectly diagnosed the leak, charged me, and didn't return to really fix the problem. I politely called Brian, the owner, multiple times asking them to return without success. I spoke with him again who said héd check his schedule but that was his way to end the call. These guys need a course in customer relations. They only care about big jobs. AVOID!

Thank you to Brian Arakelian and his team. I contacted them since I had a sump pump failure and heavy rains expected. Brian answered immediately and within 4 hours his team was at my house. It definitely was time for both pumps to be replaced. In less than 2 hours I had a brand new set up installed just in time for heavy rain coming in. I will highly recommend this team to my contacts in the Seacoast area and use them again should i have any plumbing needs. Thank you so much!
