With out missing a beat Mr Araiza came back to my house last week to clarify my concerns. Even though it had been 6 months since I last heard from him my review b weighed greatly on his mind.

There was no need in calling and leaving a message when he could just stop by. He informed me that one of the gentlemen he had with him when he did the job was a ""Master Plumber"" and further informed that my review on Yelp was inaccurate. Unfortunately I was preoccupied putting my daughter to sleep and was not able to spend more than 10 minutes talking to German, next time I will hopefully more conscience of his time.

He is greatly concerned with the quality of work he portrays on Yelp and anything else is unacceptable.

I called German about a month ago for his service. I was having issues with my wall heater. He came right away to check it out and was able to fix the problem. I was very pleased with his work and his work ethic. Being new to the area makes it difficult to trust strangers in your home but I would definitely use German again. I Would definitely recommend German.

I started using German about one year ago. I've used him for my personal property as well as my rentals. I can say without a doubt, he is a honest and fair man. It's very difficult to find a good handyman who has those qualities and then also could do good craftsmanship. He specializes in plumbing and HVAC. He can do general repairs also. He's quick to respond to messages left for him and sends you invoices by email in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable in multiple areas and he thoroughly explains the work that is going to be performed. I highly recommend him for your handyman needs.

I have hired German Araiza 3 times.
1. He made my 2 car garage into an incredible art studio. It now is fully insulated, has drywalled ceiling & walls, air conditioning, lighting one could do brain surgery by plus amped up electrical features. Everytime i sit out there & work, I AM SO HAPPY!!

2. I was so pleased with his work, he replaced a fence gate (beautiful job, built it himself, on site ) & did fence repair in another area.

3. I took delivery of a HUGE KILN. I called him & he helped me set up a 48amp 15,000watt kiln in my studio.

He is now my 'go to guy'!!

I have ordered a kitchen faucet & over the stove exhaust fan, he will install that, for me.
He is very accomplished in electrical & plumbing.
He's on time. Efficient & i think, knowledgeable in all areas of building. When he shows me things, it is always with his level in his hand so i can see the little bubble directly in the middle!
He is fair priced. Everything i want in a handyman!
Found him in the Pennysaver, very glad i did!
