Aragon plumbing, and drains handiwork and craftsmanship is not what I take issue with. I am simply here today to inform any of their future customers if a service man named Jesse is the one to make your bill up make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb. I spent the evening going back and forth with Jesse, trying to convince him that charging people of different political ideals and beliefs more than he charges people that agree with his worldview is wrong. Jesse did not see it that way, Jesse stated he found it humorous to do so. being given every chance in the world to walk back his statements, he remain steadfast that this is something that he does, and he will continue to do. Make sure you get a agreed-upon price ahead of time because there are some unscrupulous contractors out there

Jesse is the man! We had a drain out issue where all our cast iron plumbing was rusting and I've sought out a few quotes, and Jesse was the only plumber willing to go down and check before giving me a quote. He was extremely helpful in helping me navigate thru my plumbing issue by describing what he saw and how he planned on fixing the issue. Despite the recent weather conditions of the rain, he thoughtfully planned out how to best fix my issues by dividing the work days so that he could be as efficient as possible.

Mad respect for Jesse, as he's not only an expert in his field, but also kind enough to add protection to my carpet knowing that some dusts could seep into my home. He's also an excellent communicator and made sure I was aware of what's going on. Guys don't miss out on hiring probably the best plumber in town!

Art is a great guy. There was a problem from a year and a half ago, and he showed so much grace in dealing with the issue. Kept in touch every step of the way, happily honored his commitment to me, and took care of what needed to be taken care of. This my conclusion.. its shameful they're people who do wrong even with the current situation we all are facing. It was wrong for your employee to wear your company's name and do the work himsel. Its wrong you lie and say you dont know them. Trust comes a long way when you have a small business to run.

Just want to say i am throughly impressed by the repair service the young man named Alex did for my home. I spoke to a man on the phone by the name of Joe who was super professional and was able to dispatch Alex to my home within the hour. The call was initially for a Sink leak but Alex assessed my situation and was able to fix the situation and he was even able to replace my toilet quickly and efficiently. I will be calling back for future services. Downright professional good prices and no bs! Great customer service thanks guys!

Don't hire Aragon Plumbing. I just called to inquire about plumbing service. A man answered the phone ""Hello"". He didn't answer the phone with the company name. I thought that was weird. I asked the owners name. The man said he's not there. I said to him, ""I didn't ask if he was there or not, I asked what the owners name is"". He then said to call back and he might answer. I said ""I didn't ask to talk to him, I asked his name"". He said ""Uhhhhhhhh, I don't know, I'm the manager"". I then said ""You're the manager but you don't know the mans name who hired you""? He said ""I know but I'm not telling you"". I said ""It's not a secret who the owners name is. It's a company with a business license and it's public record. And I'd like to know about the company before I hire them"". The guy said he's not giving the owners name. I then asked for his name, he said ""Jerry"". I then said ""I'll take my business elsewhere and hire another company"". He said ""Ok"".

Here's my 2 cents. Jesse was referred by another plumber I called from Yelp. He came to the house the next day and we talked about the work which was a sort of awkward (tight space under the house) necessary gas line job but not urgent. He came back 2 days later and in a couple of hours
was complete. All as agreed on. He is not cheap. But I was paying for a good, quick job. And we got exactly that. .

I am going to put the summary of the story here you could read my commentary and the plumbers commentary below. There was no need to take off the pipes under my sink. Using an adequate snake from the beginning would've taken care of everything this plumber wanted to charge me $600 more.

I had to stopped up drain in my bathroom. I called Aragon plumbing. Told me they would clear the drain for $89. He told me that standard snaking the drain and it didn't work and we had to takeoff the bottom. He warned me that if he broke an old plastic pipe which usually happens with old plumbing he would charge me. The plastic pipe did in fact break. He then told me it would be a $900 job to fix the problem from underneath the house and he would credit me the $30 I paid for the ""broken pipe"". I called another plumber for a second opinion he came in snaked the drain and now the sink works perfectly. When I spoke to Mr. Aragon he mentioned that he replaced the small broken pipe And he has no idea why sneaking worked with the other plumber. I am totally dissatisfied. I feel ripped off. I want my $300 back minus the amount for the actual pipe in labor. If he would've snake the drain correctly from the beginning I would've gotten away with $89 And he has no idea why sneaking worked with the other plumber. I am totally dissatisfied. If he returns my money I will amend this review and my rating. But, at this point I have no faith.

I just amended my review from two stars to one star. He already cashed the check less than nine hours after he was here through my bank which means he went into the branch.
