I had a blocked Insinkerator (garbage disposal). I called Jo, he came around with Alex within about an hour, got it unblocked, cleaned it out with some lemon. All very quick and easy. Only charged the service fee as promised. Will use these guys agin.

A tree root ruptured our main supply line on a Sunday - Joe and his son were out to the house less than an hour after my call, identified? the issue immediately and got to work digging up the pipe. Once they hit the giant root, the two of them worked until darkness and returned ahead of schedule the next day and got the job done. My wife and I were thrilled with the service and to have found two such nice and honest guys. I hope we won't have the need any time soon, but I would happily? call Aragon Plumbing for future projects!

We have had a whirlwind of a morning, but thankfully we called Aragon Plumbing and they have solved things!

My husband and I awoke this morning and found ourselves unable to use our gas stove and gas oven in our kitchen. We called a different plumber first who told us to contact an appliance repair company. We did that and they came out, told us it was an issue with our gas line & we need to call the gas company. We do that, and the useless-good-for-nothing-gas-company tells us they cannot sent a technician until May 21st which IS IN TWO WEEKS.

So we found Joe from Aragon Plumbing, called him and he is able to come out almost immediately. He diagnosed & fixed the problem with our gas pipes so quickly and professionally and he was very affordable. On top of that, he was just a really nice guy. We are so thankful to be able to use our kitchen again without waiting TWO WEEKS for the useless gas company. We will be calling him again for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend! Thank you, Joe!

When it comes to quality service and getting the job done correctly you can rely on Aragon Plumbing. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the drain problem on my home without giving me the run around or changing their story half way through the job. They are up front and easy to talk with. The following is just my opinion based on my horrable experience!!! Called Aragon plumbing, as they were recommended on the insinkerator web site. I thought my two year old CPU01 insinkerator might be going bad as it had started jamming
Joe came over for the free assessment. He tested the Garbage Disposal by dismantling the pipes, and removed the pipe clog and using the Insinkerator clearing tool on the disposal.

According to Joe, the strainer screws on the basket were rusted and the Garbage Disposal needed a new mount. He claimed it was faulty.
He wanted $480.00 to repair and replace. I guess he planned to used solid gold screws.

Turns out the Garbage Disposal DID NOT need a new mount. I am a senior and was not born yesterday. His price was outrageous. He also caused a problem between my wife and I, as she has no understanding of the cost of plumbing work and wanted it done.

When I balked at the cost, he offered to drop the cost to $200.00 cash with no receipt. Hummmmm.. Glad I did not take the Bait, considering what followed. I paid him 35.00 of my own accord to be considerate of him coming out and his time. After he left my house, I found the pipes under the sink were not connected back together properly. I was now in worse shape then when he came out, with leaking pipes. A true professional.

I called my usual plumber to fix the mess Joe left. He replaced all the pipes and the rusted basket AND routered my bathroom sink as well for $185.00. You might want to remove Aragon plumbing from your list as they do not represent Insinkerator interests or plumbers in a positive light.

Here is my biggest nightmare:
Your toilets won't flush, they are backing up and overflowing, it is Christmas morning, and you have 20 guests scheduled to arrive at 2:00pm. You have food to prepare but you're spending all your time on the phone trying to find anyone who will answer the phone and come to your rescue.

Enter Joe and Artie - brothers. Both were trained at LA Trade Tech. They attack my problem by snaking the clean out trap. It doesn't clear the clog. They send a camera through the pipe to determine why the clog won't clear. They snake again. No luck. They drive all the way back to Van Nuys to get their high pressure water cutting snake (3000lbs/sq inch). They feed it through and clear the clog! This is a band aid fix because the roots have grown through the seams in the pipe. We will eventually have to break through our brick patio, dig out the defective pipe, and replace it. It will be costly.

But here's the deal. I had called 2 other plumbers before calling Aragon. One never called back. The other sent a guy out - late. He didn't clear the clog and started guessing about where the clog was located. On the other hand, Joe and Artie had the technology to exactly locate the clog using a tracer on the end of the camera and even provided us with a DVD of the clog's location. Then, they cleaned up everything before they left.

There are many rip off plumbing companies out there. Joe and Artie are familiar with their tactics because they used to work for them. They had quotas to meet. They were forced to upsell after offering a cheap teaser price. Finally, they couldn't stand it and quit those companies to start their own - Aragon Plumbing and Drains.

They are smart, conscientious, honest, and professional. I will only use them from this point forward.

You are at the mercy of a plumber during an emergency. It is like being on the operating table with a heart surgeon gouging you for money. Take comfort in knowing there are two honest guys left in the world holding a plumbers wrench.

Joe is the best. We had an ?issue with a ?gas leak on a maintenance check thru Gas Company and they turned off our gas. Called our normal plumber--found out he does not do gas piping. Found Joe online thru reviews here and Angie's List. He took our call immediately? and booked us by 8 am the very next day. Joe arrived on time. Surveyed our unit and gas company write-ups. He prioritized? the work to get our gas on ASAP--especially hot water tank. The same? day the Gas Company came out again and stated no leaks, but noticed water tank was not venting at full power. Called Joe and he fit us in ASAP. Our water tank venting was repaired like new--minimal cost and time for assurance of great work. Vents properly now. Will be using Joe for future work. He explains what needs to be done in relatable, candid terms.

I now have a favorite plumber (and that's definitely a first in my long life of plumbing problems). Art of Aragon Plumbing is responsive, and actually solicits questions from me until I can't think of another one. He just fixed my main line and some other things. It wasn't cheap, but I was able to talk with him at length, get my concerns resolved, and will gladly call him the next time something goes wrong in my old house. Good guarantee too.

Had a main sewer line get clogged. The guys showed up within an hour, snaked the cleanout, put a camera in the pipe, all done in 30 min. Price was in line with 3 other companies I called ($160). Simple and fast. Would use again.

We have used Aragon Plumbing for around 6 years now, for multiple plumbing projects, large and small. They are VERY responsive and personable and competitively priced...we can not recommend them enough!
