After trying to unclog our kitchen pipes, (far beyond our kitchen sink), and after buying several options to unclog it, I called Jaime at 5:05 to see if he could help. We needed an experienced plumber who had the rooter to help snake out the pipes. He came within 30 minutes, after hours, didn't charge us extra and after 30 minutes of hard work- succeeded! Jaime was quick to respond for our clogged drain, despite us calling after hours. A clog may not sound too impressive, but when your sinks are backing-up, and the wife is unhappy, you just want relief. As it turns out, the clog was pretty severe, and I would have never cleared it with my chinsey, 50' snake. His price is fair and he is a genuine guy. I don't know the circumstances of his poor review on this site, but I can vouch for my experience with him.
