Alex was great to work with. We needed a water heater replaced and it was a lot more expensive that I had thought. He explained all the details and as I checked around, he did offer a better price than the other places I asked for estimates. He came on time, completed the work in a timely fashion and was responsive to all my questions. Very professional work overall. There were some minor scratches on the entry door where they brought the unit in but Alex agreed to lower the price to account for it. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend AR Mechanical Services.

Alex and Alan did an amazing job. I've had other companies come out in the past and all they ever did was send me a quote. When they arrived (on time) They quickly and thoroughly found the problem and explained what caused it and how we could fix it. The price was great but the experience was even better. The crew is dismissive and rude. I called the company number that I had to look up based on the sweatshirt the person was wearing. The van had no business logo name or number. When I called the person answered (not by the company name, just hello) and I asked if he was the person at the site and he responded no that is another group of guys. So I said I would like to speak with the owner because I had a complaint. He said I am the owner, I asked him for his name so I could verify it was the actual owner because I had a feeling by the way he answered the phone, he was the person I had the complaint about. So as the ""owner"" he responded I do not know why you are asking for my name, I mentioned I would like to file a complaint and he hung up on me. Does an owner do that? Maybe this one does if that is who he is.
My only conclusion is the person that answered the phone was not the owner and was the person I wanted to file a complaint about.
You, the consumer can make your decision about this company and their service by the interaction.

Nick, a young plumber, called and came the next morning with the proper equipment, worked very efficiently and left no mess behind at all.
