I hired this plumber from this company to fix my bathroom shower, we were only getting hot water. After spending a couple of days, he told me the problem was not in my unit. He said it was in the boiler room. I had him talk to the managing company of the condo who told hime what he needed to do with the shower and not the boiler room. After fiddling with the shower again, he left to order me parts and come back in a couple of days. Never isolated the water to that shower or told us not to use it. When my daughter went to take a shower, the water was unstoppable. Two of my neighbors units are damaged and I am working with insurance companies to help them fix their water damaged walls. Aqueduct service did nothing to make it up to me . In fact they are very good at sending you unreasonable bills. I am never ever going to use this company. They do not know what they are doing.

Manny and Jake came to work on our bathroom today to replace pipes to make our tub drain again! We have a house from the turn of the century, and Manny and Jake did a fantastic job keeping the plaster contained, etc. Two great guys, and a great product! They were also mindful of our two small dogs and conducted themselves with respect and kindness today and in previous visits (in preparation for this work). Highly recommended! And, Cindy at the office is so helpful and keeps things running smoothly with appointments, etc. Would recommend them and call them again if needed!

Our 15+ year water heater broke a day before 4th of July, and we had two guests. Derek came, assessed the equipment, and gave us three options with detailed price breakdown. It was important for us to get the new water heater installed on the same day. He went to pick the unit up and brought it down to the basement, and picked up the broken one. After the installation, he checked every faucet to get rid of the bubbles and dirty water. He worked until 6:30pm on the even of 4th of July. We really appreciated it.
BTW, the great thing about his service is that he laid out carpet on the floor not to track any dirt, and he wore the plastic shoe covers for the same reason. Usually plumbers come and do the job without really cleaning things up. But the basement looked much cleaner after the installation.
The price may be on the higher side, but we were happy to pay for the professionalism.

It costs 79.00 for them to come to your place. That includes checking the thermostat and turning on the AC. Once they have to use tools it's 190 for an assessment. I was informed over the phone it was 79.00 and that would be deducted from any services purchased implying fixing. The technician was a nice guy, but this business is definitely a rip off. Make sure you verify what you're getting for the initial fee which is nothing. It ended being 85.61 for nothing. They are supposed to accept credit cards, but had no credit card machine and asked me to write down all the cc information. You have got to be kidding me.

Aqueduct has always come through for us. Last winter on a bitterly cold day they restored our hot water (when our previous provider couldn't commit to an appt ). Today, they made a repair to our A/C zoo stop a leak. The service is prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Karl and Jacob were thorough in diagnosing and repairing our problem. Would not hesitate to recommend Aqueduct to friends and family.

I would never recommend this company to anybody! The estimated price was so high and I had to look for another company. I found who fixed our AC for 10 times less and 10 min work! Big different! I can't believe how this company takes advantages of innocent people or maybe they think everybody are stupid?! My advice be careful and look around.....

I was extremely happy with the professionalism shown by Eddie (Edwardo M) and he even found other problems I was not aware of. Extremely happy with their service and I highly recommend them. They were fast in setting up the appointment, they had all the Licensing and Insurance paperwork required for the Co-op I live in. Bravo!

We have an annual service contract with Aqueduct and used them to replace a leaking water pressure tank. Eduardo M. was the technician on the job and did a great job. He worked quickly, was very polite and cleaned up beautifully. Their office staff is courteous and efficient and responsive to my questions. Their annual service contract pricing is very reasonable.
