They charged me $350 and were here for 2 hours to drain my overflowing boiler , what i take care of in less than 5 minutes on my own. to solve the problem they wanted $1200 to do work that would not have fixed the problem. Although they would have given me a $350 credit back. unethical or just wrong i would have paid for their stupidity

Eddy was super professional. He was efficient, timely and up front with the costs. In my case I had to fix a gas fireplace insert where another company failed. This was not straight forward, but Eddy had a very positive attitude and was clean and easy to work with. Steve, Eddy's boss at the home office was great about getting back to me and scheduling Eddy on time. I would use them again.

We had an urgent need for a water heater. They came the same day, diagnosed the issue. We walked through several options. Eduardo was polite, clean, and helpful. He kept in touch with me through out the installation over the next couple of days so I would know what was going on the entire way. When they wrapped up the job it wasn't perfect so e promised to return with a replacement for a flawed seal the manufacturer gave us. He took photos along the way to make sure we were in good shape and knew the deal the whole way. I'd engage them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

I reached out to Aqueduct plumbing when I searched for plumbers online and in Westchester, NY area. We made an appointment with them but unfortunately they called me 1-hour before the appointment saying that they could not make the appointment. I was OK with this because at least they called me.

We made and agreed on another appointment for several days later. I called them 2-hours prior to the appointment to confirm the appointment and all was OK. The plumber/estimater never showed up nor called me to cancel.

Now some would say ""oh well"". But I rescheduled my day and cut my work hours short (by the way I get paid by the hour) to make this appointment. So not only did I lose money but I waited at home and wasted my time waiting for a plumber. Hence, I will not call Aqueduct Plumbing ever for any service plus I will never refer them to any of my friends. In my opinion they owe me for leaving work early and wasting my time.

Mr. Aqueduct...I dont know why it is so tough to get a reliable plumber. Most of my neighbors are complaining of the same issue. We all are willing to pay for the service and no one is asking to perform the work for free so why not show some professional courtesy....answer is you probably were making more money somewhere else. I understand but why not call????. I hope my comments makes a change.

After we found wet carpet at the corner of the basement, we suspected that it might have been caused by water leak through the baseboard hot water pipe. 2 Aqueduct technicians suggested doing a test which purged water from an external source through the pipe to see if there were leaks somewhere along the pipe. We agreed the job, and they did it and found out that there was no leak. After the job, one technician told me that if there were leaks, there should not have been dirt and dust near the leak as they should have been washed away, but in fact there was dust and dust all along the pipe. His comment after the job revealed that he knew in advance there was no leak, but he chose not to let me know beforehand. On the other hand, later my friend told me that we could have done the test ourselves by turning on the baseboard heat to purge hot water through the pipe, instead of paying $268.44 (originally $285.00, with $35.00 discount) for it.
