I'm not going to write the whole story here because it's long, but go somewhere else to get your toilet fixed. And not to mention when we called the place they said they would have to detach the toilet when it was already out. So they made $85 just to show up at my house and listen to my history of how the toilet got clogged.

Awful experience with this company. When I ask for a plumber, I expect a plumber to show up! Instead, some overweight fat guy who barely spoke a word of English, mumbled an insanely high price for a simple toilet clog! He was unable to explain or wouldn't what that would involve and waited in the truck telling him that the office will call. When the woman at the office called me, she said I have u on a recording saying there's a $85- service fee. Yes I told her I expect that, not a $335- price with a simple clog. When I had an outside sewer clog that took an hour to complete, the company explained everything clearly with an upfront price and charge a reasonable $190-. My advice is steer clear of this people, clause when you ask for a plumber with a title of plumbing in the companies name, well you should expect a real plumber to show up don't you think!

They responded very quickly when my radiator stopped working. Their technician, Manny, was both quick and courteous, and did a great job explaining the problem and fixing it efficiently. I will definitely use them again.
