Aqueduct was very prompt in scheduling a time to come out and take care of our problem. The tech, Josh, arrived earlier than expected (good because we had a real problem) and he was very knowledgeable about what was needed to make the repair. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. A very friendly and cordial young man. We appreciate Billy Brown being able to work with us in getting someone out quickly. We will call on them again if we need a plumber in the future.

August 2018 we had AQ install a whole house repipe, 3400 sq ft. They were great describing and showing the differences between pipe material. The increase in the water flow was immediate. No more waiting for water to heat up for the shower across the house from the water heater. I love the lifetime warranty they provide. Thanks to Billy and his crew for a job done well.

Had a clogged pipe on the main service line. This company came out 3 times in order to properly diagnose and fix the problem, yet only charged me for the one visit.

They bent over backwards to properly diagnose and fix the problem, at a much cheaper cost than anyone else quoted me. Shoutout to Wilmer Portillo for helping me understand exactly what was happening with the clog and being so flexible in helping fix the problem.

I had Joel from Aqueduct come out on a rather complicated Natural Gas line relocation so we could install a larger oven. They were fantastic and cleaned up after themselves. The communication from Mr Brown at the office was great as well. Price was lower than we had anticipated as well.

Appointment for estimate scheduled 8-10. Driver asked to come later in the afternoon because he accidentally drove to Pasadena instead of League City although I clearly gave them my correct address. Accidents happened so I agreed to wait until the afternoon, I was told that he would probably be able to come by around noon and would call me to let me know. At 2:30 pm I was still waiting. No call. No show.

I'm very disappointed with Aqueduct Plumbing work. First of all they did not come out and visit our facility to give us a quote. Secondly when they did send someone they didn't even have a drivers license to get into the port. How can you run a business with drivers without drivers license to drive to work and get the jobs done. Next they send a couple of guys out to do the job and now we have a back pitch not even a month in the office. Because they didn't grade the hook up to the existing pipe. In trying to work with them they sent us an outrageous quote to fix there problem. I would not recommed this company to anyone as they can't even be efficient.
