Even one star is too much. They were supposed to repipe my house. Company failed 5 City of San Antonio plumbing Inspections for failing to properly insulate and secure PEX pipes installed per the repiping contract. Showed up without proper equipment, dragged their feet finishing the job. Even supervisors were not professional. Took me repeatedly calling and emailing to get the job done.

Our house needed a total repipe. After getting five quotes from various places, we used Aqueduct. They even drilled out a new drain for our shower at a fraction of the price other places were charging. They gave us such a great deal and repiped our house within one day. The owner is super nice and very responsive. He's even given me great suggestions for other people to use when I needed the shower drain installed. We will never go back! We will always use Aqueduct. They are the best!

Hired Aqueduct to replace a hot water heater and some pipes that had corroded. Billy is incredibly responsive, got me a quote quickly, and the quote was reasonable and fair. He got me in the schedule quickly, and Sam and Sebastian were not only quick and efficient, but incredibly friendly. They showed up an hour late, worked 2 hours on a complete repipe job then went to lunch. Came back from lunch and took naps - one of them in my house! They threatened to leave me completely without water so I had to agree to more work - which they didn't do. Totally unprofessional and rude!

The tech, Josh, arrived earlier than expected (good because we had a real problem) and he was very knowledgeable about what was needed to make the repair. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. A very friendly and cordial young man. We appreciate Billy Brown being able to work with us in getting someone out quickly. We will call on them again if we need a plumber in the future.

August 2018 we had AQ install a whole house repipe, 3400 sq ft. They were great describing and showing the differences between pipe material. The increase in the water flow was immediate. No more waiting for water to heat up for the shower across the house from the water heater. I love the lifetime warranty they provide. Thanks to Billy and his crew for a job done well.

Had a clogged pipe on the main service line. This company came out 3 times in order to properly diagnose and fix the problem, yet only charged me for the one visit.

They bent over backwards to properly diagnose and fix the problem, at a much cheaper cost than anyone else quoted me. Shoutout to Wilmer Portillo for helping me understand exactly what was happening with the clog and being so flexible in helping fix the problem.
