Aqua Vets is fantastic. Shawn was very responsive and price was very good. The job was completed in a timely fashion.
Many months later we had our patio area reroofed. The roofers screwed up the angle of the gutters and threw away some other parts that held the gutters level
We called Shawn and he promptly gave us a price to fix it which we passed on to the roofer. Aqua Vets was again Very responsive and the gutters we fixed.
Last, we were backing our RV into the driveway and the ladder hit the gutter denting it. Again Shawn gave us a quick and reasonable price and it was fixed quickly.
We wish other service companies were as good as Aqua Vets.

We had this business put gutters on our rental house. That process seemed to go ok overall, with a few minor issues on timing to completion and paperwork. I can't rate the work itself yet since I don't know much about quality in this area and it hasn't rained since completion. However, we then asked them to evaluate two water issues at our house. It was not a big job, but I was told he would help me and I also asked for an estimate on a full harvesting system as we might do that in the future. He came out and promised estimates later that day. Subsequently, two full weeks of terrible communication went by and finally he stopped responding to me altogether. The concept of valued customer, customer retention, and customer loyalty are lost here. I value honest and timely communication above just about anything. To string someone along, when you are not willing or interested in completing the work, is terrible. I wasted over two weeks waiting for the estimates and to get scheduled and now have to start over.

So totally impressed with the workmanship and quality of the gutters, boxes and downspouts that were installed. We asked for oversized boxes because of the amount of water our roof gets and they were able to custom-design our gutters to take care of the problem. The best part was they trenched an area and placed a PVC pipe underground so that you can't see it. Everything drains into a swale so perfectly. The price was right, too. Their workers were extremely conscientious, highly skilled, strong and very capable of walking up a 40' ladder to reach the area they had to work on. They took their time and did a great job. So glad we chose them over the other gutter companies we had interviewed.

Aqua Vets installed new gutters and fascia covers, the price was good, however after agreeing to use Aqua Vets the problems started, and then got worse. They didn't start when they said they would, I couldn't contact owner, to find out why, I found out later he was out of the country on vacation, then delays, and quality of work was not satisfactory. After installation I noticed several leaks, I called and was told they would be out tomorrow, then was told not they would be out the following day, now it is 7 weeks later and I still have not seen them, I had another company fix the mistakes. Shawn and his team did a great job installing my 3 channel irrigation system from scratch. Very high quality system and Shawn is extremely friendly/knowledgeable. I had an issue where one of my emitters cracked (through no fault of his) I gave Shawn a call and he was out the same day with a spare part to fix it... customer service is superb. I am thrilled with the result... all my plants are thriving. I will definitely be using Aquavets again for future rainwater harvesting and gutter projects. They don't cut corners. You will not regret giving Shawn and his team a call
