I cannot confirm whether their service is reputable or reliable, but what I can say is the driver of the vehicle who's number is on the vehicle nearly killed me on route 3 playing all kinds of dangerous driving games. I won't go into detail, but I have to say this was the scariest driving experience I've ever had.

I initially contacted this company, Mike McLeod (owner/operator) after noticing half of the water had been drained out of the hot tub and water noted on the surrounding area of one side. I was asked not to refill the tub prior to the service call appointment. On arrival, he needed to refill the tub in order to assess the leak. That time took over an hour to refill the fully drained hot tub, A connecting/plug from the heater attached to a water line was noted to be broken and apparently excessively spraying water. He then had to remove all of the water from the tub with a pump. I was initially informed that the connecting plug was needing to be special ordered as well as needing to replace the heater (part of the connector/plug was still in the opening. With my further questions, he was able to remove that piece with a screwdriver and also able to replace it with a part on hand. I was asked to not refill the tub for a couple of hours in order to allow the silicone to cure. On refilling the tub, which I have done multiple times in the years of owning this hot tub, an FL 1 error code now displays. I attempted to discuss the matter with Mike that was met with argumentative and unprofessional defensive responses. I was told it will be another service call for this NEW problem. It was very clear he wanted nothing to do with aiding in correcting this problem or troubleshooting this with me over the phone. I felt he was more Interested in challenging my concerns and not worried about professional customer service. After spending nearly $300, I have a cold inoperable tub and left to find an alternate service provider. His only offer was to return on a new service call as this was now a different problem. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company as the focus is more about the dollar than the customer service.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Excellent communication the whole way through. I needed a new pump for our hot tub and he gave a fair estimate and got it done quickly. I would highly recommend Mike for any Spa repairs or services you may need.

Quick response and continued support throughout the evening on a timely matter. Other companies did not respond directly, redirected us, or told us to call a 1-800 number in the morning. Mike was professional and offered a solution to our problem.

So I was a little skeptical to call due to previous reviews but I left messages for many companies today and Mike was the only one who called back. He called back in about an hour, in between jobs, and came out the same day on his way home. He was professional and nice. He fixed my hot tub within the hour (thank goodness was nothing major) but had the replacement part on his truck. Fast work at a fair and reasonable price. I hope I don't have to call him again but will in a second if need be!!!!

This company was great ! Mike , the owner, was so knowledgeable about his products . He catered to our wants and needs. Very accomodating with us on scheduling our delivery . He was friendly, fast and honest with us . We will gladly do business with him again . Mike has even called us twice to check with us to make sure we are happy and if we had any questions ! Go nowhere else but here for your hot tub needs !

Awesome service!! Mike the owner came out today to fix my 10 year old Hot Springs hot tub that nobody else could even begin to diagnose. I had an electronics issue that continued to move around. One day it was my pump that wouldn't work, then my controller, then my heater. Turns out it was the circuit board. Everything else was fine it was so hard to diagnose because every time we turned it on the issue would be different. Mike had seen this issue before and after swapping out my pump then having the issue be something else right after, we took his suggestion and bought new electronics. It's all better now. I must admit we were a bit skeptical but Aquatic Technologies Incorporated is so reputable and reliable that we had to trust in then. I'm glad we did.
