If you want it done right the first time call Steven. There aren't too many leak detection companies and we did use the other one first and charged more and didn't fix leak after three visits it was still leaking and wanted to charge me another 345.00. Before I paid him again I Found Aquatic leak detection and Steven had it fixed and we are up and running. Well worth the money. Martin pools should be using this company instead of recommending the other. Thank you Steven great job and we are so happy. I will be calling Lou at Martin Pools about you and I have pool friends that will be calling you if they need you. Loni Hutton has you on her list also. Thank you again for the great service and saving me money on my water bill now.

Had a pool leak. They sent someone out the next day. Maury( Murray?) was very courteous and went straight to work. He seems to love what he does. Found the leak and fixed it within 30 minutes of arrival. I am very happy with this company and now I am a happy swimmer. Thank you for your quick response to my issue. Pam O.

My husband didn't remember authorizing work, so I emailed Aquatic Leak Detection and asked the name of the individual who authorized the work and the date of the service. What I received from this company is unexpected. The email was very unprofessional, immature and, disrespectful (see an attached text from the company). The invoice we received is also extremely unprofessional as it has no date of service and no company address or phone number. We regret even calling this company for a service. I'm surprised that they are still in business! They emailed us by saying: """" you owe us money, if not paid we will file a lien according to our rights...Grow up"""". They threatened us!

My husband called to make an appointment and they came out the following afternoon. The pool leak was found quickly and fixed right away. Great service and very friendly. The price was the lowest of the three companies we called and included detection AND repair. We will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

The company came many times, but couldn't find the leak. While the pool was leaking 1 inches of water everyday the day after the technician put a big strip of white stuff on the side of the pool, which made the pool looked ugly, and the leak got worse, from 1 inch water loss a week to 1 inch a day. The owner of the company jerked around, making 4 appointments, then didn't show up, didn't even bother with a phone call. When I called, he throws F-bombs and hung up the phone. so unprofessional to talk to a woman that way, rude and disrespectful. I end up to hire another company. Don't do business with this company, Aquatic leak detection, they are incompetent, rude and unprofessional.

Our pool was resurfaced and pavers for the deck by Aquatic Pools almost 3 years ago now. We still have some issues that were never fixed, not without me asking. A couple of things did get fixed after time but it took a lot of calls. The beauty ring for the water output fell off the week after the pool was finished and has never been replaced. Half of the grouting around the pool has fallen out and three of the coping tiles are cracked. The grout and coping were damaged because of an acid wash they did to get ride of streaks in the pool surface. I am writing this review to warn any potential customers about them. They don't answer or return calls and will blame you at any turn on anything wrong with their work.

amazing customer service. the owner came out and spent time explaining the issues and options. the work was done on time at very reasonable cost. had few other estimates prior to aquatic leak detection coming out. my extensive questions were addressed before the work. top notch workmanship and the site was cleaned without trace of work.
