BLUF: This is a great company; I highly recommend thier services.

The gentleman from Aquatic Construction just left and I am extremely satisfied with thier work. I needed an annual service call and have two on my sprinkler heads replaced. They were on time, professional, and quite knowledgeable. Based off this experience, I, now, know why they have such great reviews.

I recently had two service calls with Aquatic. The first was a quick fix to my controller, and he did it at no charge (how often does ANYONE come to your house and make a service call for NO CHARGE). I was so impressed with the timeliness and professionalism that I made a second service call to have all of my sprinkler heads adjusted (I have a large system with 14 zones and 60+ heads). They showed up right on time, raised most of my sprinkler heads, dug up and replaced one that was not working, and adjusted all of them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They're getting all of my work for now on!!

I made an appointment for 4:30 on 4/10/2019 (arguably a window of 4:30-5:30) for Spring Start-up and Backflow Inspection of my lawn irrigation system. I received an email that afternoon stating the Owner was running late. I sent a returned email without a response, stating that if he could not make the appointment, we need to reschedule as I have an important 7:00 meeting that I could not miss. The owner showed up at approximately 6:25 and convinced me there was time for him to complete his Start-up and Backflow inspection despite my apprehension and objections that there wasn't enough time especially when I had to finish clearing yard waste and getting dress and travel for my appointment. He hurried (literally running) and completed his work in approximately 20 - 25 minutes out of my presence, stating he hurried so I could attend my meeting, and then he presented me a bill. Clearly, he did not complete the service I had expected. I explained I thought the start-up included adjustments and repairs and to ensure the system was working properly. I had planned to sow grass seeds in a new location and I wanted to make sure this area was covered by start-up. I did not accompany him at the pace he was moving. He stated he could not repair or perform the service I had expected because I didn't make an appointment. He did not turn on all nozzles because I did not use all of them last year even though I had plans to used them this year and they would have covered my changed irrigation pattern this year. After approximately 45 minutes of loud arguing that he instigated, not only did he not address the true problem in a civil tone, he stated several times that I was being disrespectful. After all that was said and done, I was left with an irrigation system that had 4 nozzles heads not turned on, 3 nozzles that were not properly aligned, timer programming not functioning properly, a rain sensor device not tested, and a missed 7:00 important appointment. I was the last customer that date but no excuse or explanation was offered as to why the requested service could not have been performed that evening given he spent over 45 minutes defending why he could not provide requested service.

Highly recommend! Kenny is so responsive and you can't ask for better customer service. Rates are unbelievably fair. So glad to have found a business that treats their customers right and has fair pricing. Kenny should be proud of the way he conducts business. I am also so impressed with his knowledge. I don't care what you send out and rebut, your company should have just stated that they provide sprinkler service with no costs associated.

Highly recommended. Kenny, owner of Aquatic Construction, is a true professional that performs a great service at a reasonable price. He charged me $45 to turn off my sprinkler system last fall. This summer Kenny adjusted all of my sprinkler heads(about 20 heads), replaced one rotor, and replaced five fixed heads all for the very reasonable price of $100. Aquatic Construction is a small business in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area in Virginia. Their primary service is maintenance and repair of lawn irrigation systems, but they also do installs as well as powerwashing services. I switched from a larger company to Aquatic for irrigation system maintenance about a year ago, and have been completely satisfied with that decision. Aquatic has better prices on system maintenance than any other company in the area, responsive customer service, and does honest dependable work.

Kenny is the professional, polite, and friendly owner, and frequently is the one doing the work himself. He is knowledgeable, and doesn't mind taking time to explain things to his customers. He will perform whatever maintenance your system needs, and may offer additional options, but is not the type of business owner to push additional work or equipment just to make a few dollars. He values his customers and is actively growing his business. I recommend him highly.
