Used this company because it was recommended by an acquaintance. Too bad did not check their review here first.
I had a leaking dishwasher. It started leaking again in 2 months and I called back. The company refused to fix it or at least give me a discount. The technician wrote did not even properly write the report, he did not write what my actual problem. The technician no longer worked there either, looks like the company does not treat either customer or their employees write.

If I could give this company less I would! What a rip off -- don't call these people! We had an issue w/a toilet -- the plumber that came said he was at a job across the street from us. He came by just as our plumbing issue resolved itself -- he said no problem since he was already at the other job. But then -- they still charged us $280 anyway -- for absolutely nothing.

BEWARE!!! I was referred to Aquatek from my HOA to fix some leaking issue. Turn out it was not a plumbing issue , it was fire sparkling issue AND they charge me 155$ for DO NOTHING . Never ever I will ask for their service again. Get clarification from them about charges before hire them. BUT THE BEST SUGGESTION STAY AWAY from this company.

Having spent many thousands of dollars for many plumbing lines to be installed only to have one recently fail (after a year) this company charged me 3 times the amount of the original cost. Seems like a good business strategy, install cheaper in the beginning, have a failure then charge more. I will be using other plumbing companies going forward.

Don't ask for their service. They sent a Plummer to fix an issue (1.5 hours for $215)but after a few weeks, the problem is back. This time they sent another plumber but they didn't warranty the previous job. Even worse, they wanted to change me 3 hours ($350)with actual 1.5 hours of work time. Why same work time as last time but charge much more this time? They said that was to add travel time. I really don't get it why I need to pay such a high charge for their driving skills.

They are running the best business in the world - just grab money and don't be responsible - and again explicitly they mentioned that they won't warranty their work!!!
Please avoid them !

GET A CLEAR QUOTE FIRST! I had hot water issues with my water heater. I was only getting hot water in the morning, I was referred to Aquatek from my HOA, so I felt confident that this company would solve the issue. When I called I was told that it would cost $128 the first hour $98 the second hour. Ok, I get that plumbers are expensive and I agreed that was fine....But they didn't tell me that it is a 2 MAN JOB!!!!So that immediately makes it expensive!! BEWARE!

They had to replace 3 old valves before they could assess, since the water heater was old. After all that was accomplished the dial to regulate the temperature was turned to very low! Simple fix. The bill came to $938. They would not break down the material costs... I wonder why 3 valves for $500 !!!

The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the men that came out were polite and explained everything.. And worked as fast as they could ... And even helped me put a new filter on my shower ( I didn't have the correct tool to pry it loose). JUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, the billing office is not helpful and doesn't care to explain anything!!!
