After waking up no water from our well, our previous well service provider referred us to ""their friends at Aquatek"" as this was their third ""no water"" call of the morning. I called Aquatek and Terry responded within 5 minutes of my message. Justin came out that morning and was nice and pleasant and reassuring. He walked me through our options with knowledge and professionalism sprinkled with humor. Justin kept me in the loop as he made the necessary repairs. Our water was restored that afternoon. Both Terry and Justin checked in with us via phone call and text. Justin walked me thoroughly through the flushing instructions and even gave me his cell phone number and encouraged me to call with any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Aquatek. They are top notch and a pleasure to work with.

We recently had a big issue with our well water. A lot of people in town had recommended Aquatek so we gave them a call. Everybody we spoke to were very helpful. Terry ended up being our main point of contact. He hit the nail on the head with his diagnosis almost immediately. We were taking in ground water and needed our casing extended above grade. There were a couple of issues in our way, but Terry worked through them with me in a very professional and helpful manner. The first thing he did was make sure my family had good clean water to drink by changing the existing seal and shocking the water. After that I dug up around the well (I'm in construction so I volunteered) to expose everything that needed to be replaced. The day after I dug it up Terry had his guys here first thing and they completed the job in record time. The guys that were here were very respectful of my family and my property. Everybody was very professional and clean. I'll never call anyone else to deal with my well. A++!

We bought a fixer-upper and had a leaking well-tank. Setting up an appointment with Aquatek was easy and service call was timely... and the subsequent installation was very good. Given the good well-tank experience, we further used Aquatek to replace the entire house filter system. That all went as expected... and we especially appreciated the extra water quality tests and line-cleaning to ensure top quality water. There is a degree of extra experience that comes with Aquatek, which when working with such critical home systems, is very reassuring.

Not impressed with this company. I called because of a large pool of water around my water softening system. He asked for pictures of the system and said he'd get back to me in the week. I called a different company and they came out the next day and fixed it. Aquatek never did call me back. I gave an extra star because he at least told me to turn off the system for safety.

I woke up to the sound of water dripping noise down the basement at 4:30 am. There was a spray of water coming out of what I thought was the pressure tank. I called Aqueteck at 4:45 am. Terry called me back by 5:15. Terry asked me to describe what was happening, had me text him pictures of my water pressure tank so he could see what type of pressure tank it was. Then he asked me to turn the water back on and take a good look to see where the water was spray? Turns out there was a leak in the copper pipe joint between the pressure tank and the filter tank.
He suggested I call a plumber because it was a small job and a plumber could fix it cheaper.
The best thing about the call is how organized Terry is. He took the time to asked me all kinds of questions, had me send pictures so he could figure out what was wrong without having to come out to my house.
It was wonderful - All before 6 am, I knew what was wrong, who to call to get it fixed and I didn't have to miss a days work waiting for the repairman.
