Had a leak under the sink and Greg answered promptly and arrived within the hour. He explained everything as he diagnosed the problem. He suspected my fridge was running from the water line under the sink which was leaking and he was right. He went out of his way to move my fridge and these are the things customers appreciate. He also sent me info on the parts I needed to do the repair myself. I can tell he knew his trade and was a trustworthy person. I would highly recommend his services and will use him in the future. We had a water heater that quit heating on a Friday. We called the plumber that we have used for years and was told that they couldn't address it until the following Monday. This wasn't going to work for us, so I started looking for another plumber. Because of Greg's great reviews, we gave him a call and to our delight, he was able to repair just a couple hours after we contacted him. He was professional, knew his job, had the parts on the truck, took care of the warranty, and had the whole thing wrapped up in less than an hour with the water heater working again for a reasonable fee. We will be calling Greg in the future; he just replaced our previous plumber.

Had a semi emergency a couple weeks ago. Called Greg early on a weekday morning, he answered, was nearby, and came over. I've not heard of Aqua Tech before. I have dealt with many plumbers in my time tho. This guy was outstanding. Really knew his trade. Very meticulous, neat, detailed in his work. I was very impressed. He expertly, and reasonably fixed my issue. I was so impressed, I've had him back two times since to get a few other non pressing plumbing issues resolved. Both those times he showed up on time, did fantastic work for a very fair price. I really felt at ease with him and his work. I will definitely use him again AND tell others about this quality plumbing business.

Greg is awesome. Hands down! Very professional, great communication. Also helped troubleshoot another issue I had not related to the job I called about.

I just have to laugh bc I read another review on here where they guy didn't use AquaTech, but complained anyway bc AquaTech wasn't available on the weekend. What an asshat! Who goes out of their way to complain just bc they don't like someone's office hours?! Get a life! So entitled.

Anyway Greg is great and out of the 4 or 5 places I called, Greg was thankfully available in a very reasonable time frame. FYI, I didn't insist he come out after hours just because I was having an emergency. Because... he probably has a life?

My shut off valve looks rusty, old, and needs new water pressure regulator. I took pictures and sent to the chosen plumbers. I asked question like, how much does it cost to put a new valve? Some plumbers replied. Two plumbers quoted me a reasonable price but the other plumber asked extra charge. And so, I choose AquaTech because he didn't ask for extra charge. I don't know about you, AquaTech honor his word. I also took pictures before and after. It's a done deal! I like my new shut off ball valve. What do you think of the results? Great job, AquaTech! My water main line broke and water was going everywhere on my yard. So I had to shut off the water to my home. Having a busy schedule he worked with me. Luckly the problem outside and he could work in it while I was at work. Came home to running water again. Thank you.
