Called up Greg this morning and he just happened to be in the area near by our house. He said that he was awaiting another customer and while he was waiting he would come by and take a look, to see what we needed.
I thought that was awesome...No questions asked.

We had a hole in our main water pipe and Greg said he could fix it after the other job. He was back in an hour and fixed our pipe.

Now how is that for excellent and fast custome service!!! Would recommend.

I met Greg when he was at a job at my neighbors. We had been looking for someone to install our dishwasher and disposal and connect plumbing to our sink, as well as install the gas range after putting in a brand new kitchen.
Greg gave us a fair estimate, went out and bought the additional parts needed and performed the job to great satisfaction...most of all he is such a nice gentleman.

Called Aqua Tech because my main waterline burst. Greg showed up exactly when he said he would and identified the source of the leak in 2 minutes. He provided a reasonable quote and explained in detail what needed to be done and how he would have to dig a trench in my front yard. So I gave him permission and let him get to work. When he finished I couldn't even tell that my lawn was dug up. He actually took the time to cut out my lawn so he can roll it right back into place when he filled the hole! Incredible service!

Greg is AMAZING!! Called him on a Wednesday late evening and left a VM. He quickly returned my call the next morning and said he could be there in 45 min. He gave me a detailed answer of cost break down and what assured me he was a honest business man was that he wasn't going to charge me for the initial consultation. After accessing the problem, he quickly texted me that he advised our tenant that it was a leaky toilet that was causing water to seep up through the bathroom floor and not to use the bathroom. Without having to follow up with Greg he came back to check on the problem the next day and confirmed that was our problem. He gave me a quote that was fair and honest and when he got the approval he was immediately on his way to fix the problem. Greg is remaining in my contacts for all future plumber problems.
