I was billed for spring sprinkler turn-on and a back-flow check. The work was done, but the new guy was a little confused about what was on his work order. No worries though, we've all been the 'new guy' and it got sorted out on site.
I paid the invoice mailed to me online, but eventually got an unpaid bill notice. I was informed that I owed $55 more. I asked why a couple times and eventually they sent a PDF invoice for $50 more than the original invoice *with the same INV number* but now with a $50 'high season' charge added that was not on the original invoice. Of course there were late fees.
$55 doesn't break me, but the office seemed uninterested in finding out why.
We had a very awkward pump system for our irrigation and the original installer was unavaible to turn the system on. Aquasense and specifically Mitch did an incredible job of standardizing the system to allow a simple turn on and off. The pricing was very reasonable. Mitch was very professional, very friendly andcommunicative and as an added bonus he did our backflow testing.
We have and will continue to recommend.

It had been a few years since ours had been used so we wanted to make sure everything was running and shutdown properly. They scheduled us promptly even though we had not been a a customer for a while, they found our details and got us in. Technician came as schedule in the time window, was super professional and also the cost was great! No surprises which we loved. He also helped me answer a few questions I had on our sprinkler system which was great! Will continue to work with Aquasense for our spring re-start and any other needs! Highly recommend if they have open spots for new customers.
Happened to see one of Aquasense's trucks working in the neighborhood and reached out to see if they could accommodate me in their schedule. Bart Rogers requested few details about my sprinkler system and was able to get me a winterization maintenance window for the same day. I can't share anything about the quality of their work because they never actually made it to our property. In July, they said that they would visit ""late August/early September."" I understood that they were busy so agreed to that. Unfortunately, they just kept pushing me back until finally this week saying, ""we just don't have the time to take this on right now."" Now, I'm stuck with a broken irrigation system and need to find a new vendor.
Bart came to my home and rocked it. I had multiple sprinkler zones not activating and he tracked down the wiring problems in no time. Smart and friendly service. I'm having low voltage lighting done soon with them and will try to update after that. Put them at the top of your list.
Bart was wonderful. Did the routine maintenance but also did a great job helping me to know where my meter is and he fixed my drip system like a pro finding leaks I didn't even know I had. He was wonderful. Would recommend them to everyone.
Rachel M.Bart came out this WED to reset my sprinklers, fix broken heads, and make sure the system was working correctly after we had removed some sold landscaping. He really knows his stuff and got everything in working order. My rainbird system is older so I'm so glad it's up and running and he knew how to fix it....great work Bart!

Aquasense is a very professional company with knowledgable technicians. The office staff always calls or emails back promptly, which I've discovered is a rarity in this area. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule, which was not a problem for me, as my yard stays naturally wet until mid-July. I'd let my system go for a few years, and several heads had become overgrown and weren't working... I also had a broken pipe. They patched it all up and recommended a few additional improvements, which I decided to spring for. That required a second visit, which they were able to do the following week. Had one head break (lawnmower mishap) and they were right back out to take care of that. Each visit came in priced lower than original quotes and it's all been running terrifically for several weeks now. I'll likely look to Aquasense to add a zone to my system in the future.
