Brett and Bart did a great job at repairing and winterizing my sprinklers. They also tested my backflow assembly and repaired a leak in my pipes near the meter. Highly recommend their services.

I've been an Aquasense customer for nearly a decade and am very pleased with their service (sprinkler maintenance and backflow inspection). This morning, they came to winterize my sprinkler system, and everything went smoothly, as usual. Dan and Bart showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and before I knew it had the job completed. I'm consistently impressed with the professionalism of their service.

We have a minimum one hour charge at $85 plus tax. Additional time is billed at $75 per hour at 5 minute increments and parts are extra. We can only send two people crew, so even when my job was a 1 - person, 1 hour job, I was being asked to pay for two people. Seriously!! I am better off finding someone else.

""We have a minimum one hour charge at $84.95 plus tax. Additional time is billed at $75 per hour at 15 minute increments and parts are extra.""

Total cost so far of $621.98 for two short visits - crew of two each time. Fixed a leak and did some tune up on the second visit. Breakdown is attached as a picture. Appreciated the detail in the invoice.

Prompt with email, voicemail, and start times.

I provided a PDF and JPG based on a Google satellite/maps image of my property, with full annotation of sprinkler zones and problem spots.

I'm relatively new to the area, so it's difficult for me to comment on value, esp. when it comes to labor rates - which is why the breakdown is attached for you to judge.

Seem like a popular family business with pretty good nextdoor.com ratings.

Aquasense consistently solves sprinkler head problems for me (whenever needed as a customer for over a decade), and today Dan went above and beyond. A gusher was buried over 12"" down near a tree, and Dan persevered to find the broken sprinkler head through a maze of thick roots. Thank you, Dan. Every winter, Aquasense winterizes the system. Every spring, I have them test my 7 zones and they repair if needed on the spot. They also do the required ""backflow test"" for the water district. Recommend them HIGHLY.

I had my sprinkler system serviced after many years and tuned up. They came on time and completed this major upgrade in less than 2 hours. Bart came and explained the entire service package and changes. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Had a leaking sprinkler and we couldn't figure where the valve box were. Call Aquasense and they were nice enough to send Bart over within a short period of time despite their busy schedule. Due to us having over 20 zones, it took Bart sometime to trace the wire signal to find where the box is - took over an hour to find the box and it was buried under some bushes we had to chop off. Very costly due to the amount of time Bart had to spend looking for the box, but I am glad the problem was quickly resolved with a very quick turn around time to show up. Thanks so much!

Update 5/20: We had our new sprinkler system service provider come out today to turn the system on for the season. It took him less than five minutes to repair the obvious leak that Aquasense ignored for at least 4 service cycles. He also had us confirm that everything was hitting all of the areas we wanted before he left. I highly recommend Sound Irrigation Inc. 1-206-817-1976
