My grinder pump failed and I couldn't find anyone to work on it. I was directed to Aquarius pump by two septic companies and I am glad that I called them. Robin in the office was very helpful and got her techs out to my house within 48 hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. They even fixed some issues that the original installer left undone. I would not hesitate to recommend Aquarius to anyone.

Prompt response is about all I'd give the 1 star for. Owner came over and immediately insulted my intelligence, and states he finds a short. Sold me a pump and plumbing that I really didn't need and a spliced 12/2 wire into my power wire. He Left without checking his electrical work and Gloated about charging his ""3%"" credit card convenience fee. System continued to have electrical issues for a whole week. Upon my own inspection, I found a dead short in same wire that the owner said was an issue. Isolated both ends of power supply wire and found continuity. Money wasted. The entire wire needed to be replaced. I replaced the wire myself and saved myself $2000 plus and got my system working correctly after a week of not having a working septic. I spent my memorial day digging up my yard with my daughter to lay new wire instead of doing something nice and fun. Word of Caution, Don't let the owner leave until your stuff works if you hire these guys. Make sure he checks his work.The sons were nice, funny and respectful, the owner, he's a car salesman. Don't let him sell you things you don't need. Lesson learned. I'll be doing my own things my own way. Paid the man and will never use their services again.

Aquarius Pump Company is an outstanding, service-oriented company that monitors and repairs septic systems. On Saturday morning my septic alarm went off and I called my former septic company who will remain nameless. I left a message on their monitored service line. I left a second message Saturday afternoon. I never received a callback even though I had a paid for contract.

I researched Septic repair companies, to find a reputable vendor. Aquarius Pump Company had positive reviews and I spoke with someone in the industry from another company and they highly recommended Aquarius Pump Company. I called their office and Robyn assisted me in obtaining an appointment. She was super professional and set up an appointment for Mike to come out and look at the system. Mike troubleshot and fixed the problem quickly. He also explained how my septic system worked and said if I had any questions do not hesitate to call. He provided awesome service at a reasonable price. I am now using Aquarius Pump Company for my septic contract and any future work that the system will require. It is good to have company I can trust and that I know will respond when there is a problem.

Mike and his son saved us over $1,000 on our new septic pump. Thank you Arness Septic for their number. Another septic company wanted 1800+ for a new pump. Aquarius came right out and got the job done. I enjoyed both of them very much.

If you have any issues with your well or septic pump Aquarius Pump Company (360) 830-4774 is a wonderful company to do business with. They came out and replaced my well pump, piping, etc. and Michael was WONDERFUL!!! Great work and fair priced. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

They came out and repaired my well when everyone else just wanted to sell me a new pump sight unseen. Great honest company. They work fast and charge a fair price. I will call them first next time I need work on my well.
