I had a relatively simple plumbing problem -- a old toilet that was making a lot of noise after flushing and then continuously leaking water out of the tank. The fixture needed replacement of everything in the tank. I called two plumbing companies. The other company was booked up for a month and wasn't scheduling even simple jobs before then. Nate from Aquarius was there within a couple of days, finished the job quickly, charged a reasonable price, and -- importantly -- was very pleasant to deal with. I'll give him first shot at all of my plumbing projects in the future.

Very honest and helpful! I called Nate asking for help with a defective shower, and he walked me through the fix over the phone. It was quick and easy. No charge at all. How many plumbers would give up a fee and educate me at the same time? He's truly outstanding.

He also calls back very quickly. I don't know why I would ever call anyone else in the future.

Nate, the plumber, is responsive to phone calls and texts. He also tries to diagnose the problem over the phone to determine its urgency and then schedules accordingly. Why is this important to a home owner who knows nothing about plumbing but has a water issue? Because instead of being told to look elsewhere, Nate responds and gives his opinion.

He's come out twice to fix separate issues. While he was at my house he noticed that my water heaters didn't have a thermal expansion tank, which it needed. I called the company that installed the water heaters 2 years ago to inquire and sure enough they came out and installed it, apologizing for the oversight.

Nate's prices are fair. I would recommend him as your go-to plumber for any plumbing issues!

Nate is an awesome guy and even better plumber. A thorough professional and very knowledgeable in this profession. This is the third time we had engaged his services and he was impeccable as ever. We had to replace an old shower fittings without ripping through the tiles for that we had to find a rare to find parts for the assembly. A very complicated job, He not only found the parts but ordered himself through the amazon and fixed it in no time. I would highly recommend him to any or all your plumbing needs.

Probably the best service call I have experienced. I needed a garbage disposal changed and a dishwasher drainage problem addressed. Nate did a very thorough job, changing out the sink flange and checking and cleaning out all the pipes and the air gap. He tested the drainage from the dishwasher as well as the two sink halves multiple times after he was done with the installation.
When that was all taken care of, it was around 6PM and I asked him if he could take a quick look at a toilet tank leakage issue. He diagnosed the problem ( leaky fill valve), checked he had the part in his van, gave me a reasonable quote and fixed it. All in all, a great job!

This guy is awesome. I cannot attest for the charges that I paid as this was the first time I ever paid a plumber.. Sob sob!!! The house that I bought had a leak in the garage which showed up after a year, and this is after the previous owner patched up the leak before selling, Yeap you heard it right, Not fix but patch.. Un******believable.. Had he spent a few hundred more he could've fixed it, won some goodwill.. But now he is just a douche in my address book among others.. I digress, Anyways Nate quickly went about destroying the drywall needed and found the source. The ex owner had drilled a screw through the pipe where the pipe passed through a stud. Amateurish eh!!! Well not funny, I paid for it. Nate charged me hourly for the investigation, which was around an hour and also around 75$ for the visit which is kinda ridiculous, but I guess that's how it goes around here. No wonder the Plumbers are all driving flashy cars!. He has a sense of humor ,makes you comfortable, explains you everything that he is doing and the reasons why he is doing so. Didn't exaggerate the problem as I was fearing, a Plumber would do. After the diagnosis he immediately gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted to continue with him? Of course my man, Fix it said me, and he want about doing his business !! He is very meticulous, a cleanliness freak and cleaned whatever dust, debris collected as a result of the fix. He doesn't fix the drywall, which is alright coz I can handle it. he gave me instructions about the screws that needed to be drilled and the precautions needed while fixing the drywall. He also patiently explained me about the insulation needed for the fix and how I could do it later. He had all the stuff for replacement repairs and the cost was included in the estimate. I was very satisfied with his work and have no problems recommending him to all and sundry! Oh BTW, I found him on Yelp.. Thanks a ton Yelpers(the right word?)!!!

Nate is the man!

I found Nate on Yelp and he lived up to the reviews. He was diligent in figuring out my slightly puzzling problem. He kept me well informed and was accurate about when he would be here and how much it would cost. Although plumbing is never inexpensive, his costs were reasonable and it was well worth it to get the job done.

Most important Nate is an incredibly nice guy. I will definitely call him again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

Nate is a great plumber, I've called him twice for separate issues and always had a great experience with him. He usually knows exactly what to do and if he doesn't, he's great at figuring it out. I had him replace an leaking old plastic water valve under my kitchen sink and despite the awkward access (it's a small kitchen and it was hidden behind the garbage disposal) he had everything done and tested in only 90 minutes. He's also great at giving helpful advice for any plumbing-related topics you ask, his experience definitely shows. Quality work and service!

Nate was everything one could expect in an expert plumber.

Scheduling an appointment with him was quick and easy (just leave a message, and he'll call you back within a few minutes), and he said he could be available if I needed to rush the job and get it done that day. His price quote was slightly higher than some of the competition, but when I described the problem to him he knew just how to handle it, as opposed to the other companies that seemed less knowledgeable about my particular issue.

He gave a relatively wide appointment window, but on the day of service I texted him and asked for a bit more specificity; he was able to narrow the window down to two hours. He also told me he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He did, and sure enough arrived right in his projected time window.

Nate's a real character in person (in a good way), and I enjoyed chatting with him before and after my service. He completed the work relatively quickly, did a great job (as far as I can tell), and left the room cleaner than it was when he arrived. He also provided a one-year guarantee on his work, which was nice (if it leaks in the first year, he'll come out and fix it for free).

I can't say I have much experience in dealing with plumbing companies, but Nate seemed like a reliable, trustworthy professional. If I need a plumber again, I won't hesitate to call back.
