Like everyone else I can't say enough about Nate and his work ethic and the awesome job he does, he explains everything, his rates are reasonable, he is also very courteous and friendly. I had an outside faucet that had to be replaced (it was from 1989) and it turned out to be a little bit more of a job than it seemed. Nate explained what he needed to do, he did it and when he was done you couldn't tell he had been working under the sink and even did some soldering. He cleans everything up perfectly.

I must say that these reviews don't lie. Nate picked up my call on the first ring, came in to fix the issue and the job was complete within a matter of a couple of hours. His rates are reasonable and he is a really nice person. I have dealt with people who don't know how to talk to humans these days. Nate is very professional and spent a lot of time doing the work and simultaneously educating us on the other jobs we had to be done. I will suggest to get his help for anyone out there who has a plumbing emergency.

There are 3 things you need in a great plumber.... Timely response and appointment, quality work and a transparent reasonable price. Nate checks all three and some. I contacted 10 plumbers for a leak I had in a rental property over a holiday weekend. Half the plumbers did not respond and the other half were booked a week out. Nate returned my call same day and came out to do the job the next day. He was upfront about cost/timing and completed the job exactly as agreed. I have found my new go-to plumber.

Why turn on online quoting or provide online contact information if you won't provide a quote unless I call you? Ended up just doing the work myself.

We had a cap on the end of a water pipe crack and start leaking into our master bath and crawl space. Nate was able to come out the next day and braved
the crawl space. Based on what he saw, he isolated the leak to a wall upstairs. He managed to cut a hole in the exact right spot to find the leak, and had it capped in just a few minutes. He was extremely professional. I will certainly call him for any future plumbing work.
