Bruce K.Aquarius installed my furnace. They seemed like good guys. 2 days before Christmas the furnace broke down, leaving me with a house full of people with no heat and hot water. I called Aquarius several times leaving messages with their answering service. I never got even a courtesy call back. They've always been dodgy about calling back, but this time, nothing. To this day, I've never heard back from them. After calling 20 other companies in desperation, I was able to get a generous soul to come and get my furnace up and running. That company, needless to say, now has our business because they have my back. Aquarius is a company I would never, under any circumstances, recommend.
