First time using the heater this season and it was making a horrible noise. Found their number on our house newsletter and I'm so glad it did. Called in and they were proactive enough to see a time open up in their schedule the same day, asked if they could come out sooner than expected and had a technician out within hours. The technician had an idea what was wrong with just the video of the noise I showed him and he was right. He fixed the noise in less than an hour. The last company told me the noise was an age related noise the unit will make. Clearly the last company didn't know what they were doing. I am so glad I found this place. So refreshing to find a technician who knows what he's fixing and for a reasonable price.

Make sure they complete all the tasks included in their annual 10 point a/c system check up, especially cleaning the evaporator coils.

This is a family owned business. The people are very honest. My parents have been using them for years and they recommended them to us a few years ago. This place has always been good to us. We signed up for their maintenance plan. They come out twice a year to check out your system. You call them when you want them to come check. We usually do it just before we need to turn on our air conditioner and before we need our heater. Being on their maintenance plan also gets us a discount on parts when needed. We have had them out when our gas valve got stuck and when our compressor burned out. Both times we got the repairs and were not over charged or charged for unnecessary parts or services. I would recommend Aquarius to anyone who asked for my opinion. Actually I just recommended them to a lady I was talking to, on the phone yesterday.
