Even more impressively, the technician explained to me that he was not able to provide a long-term solution because more epensive parts and labor are required.

This kind of transparency in business is so refreshing. He very easily could have informed me that the more costly fix was my only option and walked away with double or triple what he made today.

Instead, he made me a customer for life and I will call AquaPro Plumbing when I'm ready to complete the long-term repair.

I noticed a couple of nights ago that my 50 gallon Bradford White water heater was slowly leaking water. It was over 10 years old, so I sent requests for quotes to a number of plumbers through Yelp for a replacement water heater. Aquapro messaged me the next morning. I sent pictures of my existing setup and they quoted me a great price for a new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater, lower than all the other quotes I received. So I scheduled an installation for the same day. They came at around the scheduled time, removed the old water heater, and installed the new one. The installation looks very clean and the new water heater is working great. I would definitely use AquaPro for any future plumbing needs!

Aquapro plumbing really saved the day! I had major pipe clog in kitchen that took several attempts and I was terrified I was going to need to dig up yard or do some major plumbing tear up. They worked hard with auger and got it clear for very minimal charge. Very friendly and trustworthy plumber!

This is the second time we have used this company. They were, again, clear and quick with communication and accurate with arrival times. Even when the water shutoff company was running late (not through the fault of AquaPro), they were patient and waited for an hour for them to come. They finished the job quickly and efficiently. Alex was really helpful from the time of getting the quote to the completion of the project. Compared to all the other quotes I found them more reasonable and affordable with pricing. The ask was to have a few things done (water heating and aquasana water filters). Alex explained the pros and cons of each and also why I shouldn't be spending so much for the least amount of returns. The requested service was completely done to the best of my satisfaction. Even after the work was done, due to manufacturing issues of the aquasana product, he came back and fixed it. I will recommend them and hire them again.
