My old hot water heater was reaching the end of its expected life, so I got a few quotes for a replacement from different plumbers via Yelp. Out of 7 replies from different plumbers, 4 said they'd have to send a plumber out, for a cost ($50-80, which could be put towards the cost of replacement if I went with them), just to give an estimate; and 3 which gave me estimates over the phone. AquaPro was the first company to respond, gave me a quote over the phone, seemed the friendliest and helpful of the 3 I spoke to, was in no rush when answering all the questions I had, and had the cheapest cost of those 3 (which were comparable services; I knew the exact brand, model, and size I wanted and specified this to each company).

They showed up on time, completed the replacement, and cleaned up well when done. It did take a bit more time to finish the job than I had expected, but the plumber did a quality job, and was friendly and willing to let me watch and learn a few things from him while he was here.

This is my first time using AquaPro, but based off this experience, I'd definitely recommend them.

We had just purchased a home in Barrington and decided to upgrade our water heater from one that uses a 50 gallon tank to a tankless water system and Alex and the team at Aqua pro came out gave out a free estimate and was extremely professional while doing so we gathered estimates from a couple of other companies but we chose to go with Alex and the team at aqua pro they were extremely professional covered their feet and wore facemasks the whole entire time on my property. They showed up on time and when they completed the services they walked us through how it worked and the general maintenance that needed to be done. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Alex and the team at aqua pro I would highly recommend them for any plumbing services and water heater needs.

We would recommend Alex to anyone looking for plumbing services. We knew from out initial phone call and consultation with him that he was the right guy for the job. We had a full house Aquasana filtration system that needed to be installed as well as some help with a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. We had him also come back to install our new kitchen sink as well. Alex walked us through step by step before and after. He was so knowledgable. He is punctual, respectful, courteous abs very hard working. We will definitely use him for all of our future plumbing needs! It's hard to find good , reliable people these days and Alex is it! Alex was awesome! He installed a battery backup sump pump for us, and he also taught us about all of its functions and features if it ever were to turn on. Install was quick. Alex was very courteous; he also wore shoe covers and a mask. Priced better than some of the other quotes I got too!

Firstly was glad to get an emergency appointment within an hour of calling them for my flooded kitchen sink . Secondly they were utmost professionals . Came with masks and booties . Performed the work quickly and cleaned everything up as to how it was earlier . Explained whatever they did and took pictures of the work . They were very reasonable on the prices they charged me . Especially if you compare them with the other plumbing complies in the market they are very reasonable labor. They also gave me a 10% off on the first visit . Will surely use them and refer them in the future .

I cannot praise Alex and the AquaPro plumbing team enough. We had water flowing from our basement ceiling on Easter Sunday. I called Alex and he was here within an hour. Upon arriving he quickly identified our sewer line was backed up. He rodded our sewer line, explained everything in plain English, and had it fixed within an hour. We will be using Alex and his team going forward for all plumbing needs.
