We contacted AquaPro one evening after both toilets were leaking. We also wanted to get our kitchen faucet replaced due to no water coming through the nozzle. We received a call back the next day and free consultation and quote for our repairs. The return call was timely and the quote was on point with some additional cost due to additional repair needed because of the age of our toilets. Still very reasonable. Everything was around 1100$ and they threw in a quick deal because of the additional work needed for both toilets. Vitali and his coworker were quiet but friendly. They even returned the box for my kitchen faucet when I forgot to ask them to leave it.

I needed water heater replacement ASAP. Alex gave me a very reasonable quote and replaced it two days later in 2.5 hours. He was professional, respectful and friendly. The only thing I'd suggest is to remind the homeowners if a permit is needed.

I scheduled an appointment to get a service estimate 3 weeks ago. I went significantly out of my way to be here this morning. No one showed. When I called 3 hours after the agreed time, I was told ""we sent you a text to confirm.""

But here's the thing: I had a phone call, I spoke to Alex, I agreed on a time, I provided my address. No one mentioned that they would need a text response and I did not agree to communications by text. When you make an appointment orally, that should be enough. If you need a text confirmation, say that you need one.

I get that lots of people prefer text communications, but you should not assume that you can require one AFTER YOU ACTUALLY SPEAK ABOUT IT. Serious lack of professionalism.

I appreciate that I could communicate and book an appointment with the business entirely through the Yelp platform. It helps me as a consumer when I can review messages within one platform and don't have to go back to phone calls or text messages to determine conversations. Fast, responsive, courteous, and great service! Vitali came out and gave us the best options for our problems.
