Jose helped us out after we were left hanging in the lurch by another plumber. We have a baby and had been having issues with our gas boiler not heating up our house to the set temperature.

Our usual plumber was away and the first plumber I had called showed up for 10 minutes guessed a range of issues, he got our boiler working for 5 minutes and then ran off. I asked if he could wait to make sure we were good to go and he still rushed out. Then I spent 4 days trying to get this person to come back with parts. I even ordered the parts myself. Then still no proper response.

I reached out to AquaPro on Yelp and got a response within minutes. The next day Jose came over and was clearly very knowledgeable. He tried one thing it did fix our issue.

However, we started having issues again the next day. I called Jose on Saturday morning and he promised to stop by. Which he did! He stopped by in between and replaced the thermistor on our gas boiler (we had the part after the other plumber refused to order the part himself and I ended up ordering it). He was in and out in a matter of 15 minutes.

Jose was conscientious of wearing booties and leaving our house clean. I really appreciate that. He also was reasonable on price. And he has texted multiple times since then to check if our heat is working as expected.

After the bad experience I had with the first plumber, my husband and I felt relieved to have found Jose and his team.

He told us what could be salvaged (which wasn't much unfortunately) and provided us with an estimate for all if the changes needed for us to pass inspection. Having been burned several times, we talked to a couple of other companies, but AquaPro's estimates were the most reasonable.

The work was done beautifully and every day, our home was cleaned up so garbage and supplies didn't pile up. Jose and his team went out of their way to give us daily updates. When inspections happened, Jose was there to walk through the house with the inspectors. We passed everything with flying colors.

Jose also helped us to connect with other tradesman that were professional and fair in pricing.
