Aquanaut came to my house within two hours of my call to them to repair a broken outside faucet. I had to turn off the main water valve so I had no water. Anthony made the repair in less than two hours. He was very professional and efficient. I own several rental homes and have always used Aquanaut.

I used this company many many times in the past. They used to be very reliable and a good value. Now they have changed. I had this company install a garbage disposal for our kitchen sink. 9 months later, it's leaking. Same technician sent to our house again. Talks incessantly. Worse; charges us $180 to make a correction to work HE did just nine months ago. That is the definition of Crooked Business !!!

I read some of the old comments on here about people complaining on the price of jobs. Yea, they might be more expensive than other companies BUT sometimes YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! In the 2 times I've done business with them, they surprised me with how fast they got on site. They were professional, knowledgeable and got the dang job done! Listen, I'd rather pay a little more and get water back in my house than sit for days without just because I wanted to get the cheapest price. I think a lot of people on here are quick with the negatives but have no idea what goes into running a business.

So I don't live in Newnan and a friend who is a retired home inspector recommended Aquanaut Plumbing. My mom is in an assisted living facility, and I am trying to move her back home. Her plumbing is shot and leaks in multiple places. A mold remediation company did an inspection with pictures and a report for the insurance company. I forwarded it to the plumber who came out and he looked at it. The house is a 2 bed, 1 bath with a washer/dryer hookup and is elevated with a crawlspace entrance. So the plumber looked at the existing problems in the house and looked in the crawlspace. He did not go under the house. He wrote an estimate of 8k. I was floored. My friend said that it is a small job and should have been no more that 3 to 3.5k. They also charged a $105.00 estimate fee. So take what you will of this. I won't be using them.

Aquanaut of Senoia is the BEST! The plumber showed up when he said he would, identified the problem correctly, corrected the issue completely and quickly! They saved me money, because they know what they're doing. This is my 2nd time using them. First time, they updated my kids' bathroom beautifully. This time they looked for a leak and fixed it, and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up like I've experienced with another plumber. Using my home warranty, I get no say on who the plumber will be and it was not a good deal. I had to follow up with a great plumber and I'm glad I did! Aquanaut is the absolute best. I heard about them from family, and grateful I did.

Dumpster juice. Horrible company that are scam artists. Please be aware that these clowns belong in the circus, not working on your plumbing. Call anyone else!

I had a horrible water leak outside that the water company came and turned my water off. I called this company and they were there within 30min. Fixed the problem and did not overcharged me. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.

If I could give this company a negative 100 I would. All 3 valves installed in our main water line have failed within 8 months of install. Company came out and said they were not responsible when ALL the leaks were directly In their repair. AND they try to say my husband caused the problem. Don't believe the positive ratings and stay away. Btw we dealt with the owner and he owners' son..not an employee

This was an awful experience. Not only did they ruin our kitchen sink. But they made us wait for hours before coming back to look at it then started yelling in our kitchen. They are not fit to be let into your home. We now will have to pay another plumber to fix what they did. I was in tears when they left. I had to ask them to leave. It was a nightmare.

Don't bother with this company. The only reason I gave them a """"1"""" was because there was nothing lower. I was charged way more for repairing a yard hydrant than I was quoted and the job was poorly completed requiring additional return trips to attempt to repair it. IT IS STILL NOT REPAIRED, STILL LEAKING, AND THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY CALLS! I feel they misrepresent themselves, are only about getting your money and have no interest in doing the job right. Do yourself a favor and call a professional.
