Do yourself a favor stay away this company has terrible customer service and over priced for their services. They are not honest ! Found a reliable and more affordable company. Go checkout they are above and beyond Krupske Sprinkler Systems.

Here is my story. You judge!
For 2 years, Aquamist suggested I find another service provider as I was not close to them and they no longer had many clientele in my area. I beg then for a repair the first year and the charge was high $380. The second year they reiterated, find another provider when I called for RPZ testing. They said they had just been in my area and would not be my way for another month. I said I would look for someone else but call me for an appointment when they were coming in case I did not find someone
I found someone who came out and placed a completion tag on my valve after the service.
Then Aquamist came out WITHOUT an appointment, ignored the completion tag, and did the service again, placing a second tag on the valve. Their charge was $117.95. My new company charged me $95. Then Aquamist demanded payment stating our contract had to be cancelled in writing and if I didn't pay, they would send me to collections. After 12 years of patronizing their business, they wanted to dump me and did an unnecessary service, ignoring my appointment request. If I had known that the contract was that binding, I would have demanded service rather than begging for it. But they gotcha because they can just charge a lot more to get you to cancel.
At first I rebelled and told them take me to court. Then I made them an offer to pay half thinking possibly I had some fault too. OR full price if they insisted on not meeting me halfway for their mistake as I am an honorable man. You probably guessed they wanted full payment. As I see it, they are all about the money, customer service be damed.
So you decide!! I made a 12 year mistake paying higher prices only to get dumped at their convenience and forced to pay for their mistake.

I guess my review isn't even necessary - this company is clearly a joke. Scheduled an 8:30am winterization and they showed up after 10. No acknowledgment they were late. At the end, I was charged $400 - more than double what I paid with my previous company. I contacted them to ask why it was so much more expensive. Julie, whose name - no shock - shows up in these reviews, replies. Once again in a total lack of customer service, she simply tells me ""You have two systems and it's $200 a system."" (Maybe tell me why it's worth paying double or at the very least acknowledge that it's a big jump in price for me). I replied saying I would be canceling our service. Julie wrote back that looking at our file our irrigation system is illegal lol It's funny how the two previous companies (both were booked up because I was late in contacting them) and her own techs failed to mention that. Will never work with them again, and do not recommend.

About 11 years ago we had Aquamist install our sprinkler system. This fall, we learned our neighbors were installing a fence. As we did with Aquamist, JULIE came out and marked everything, including the property line. Come to find out, even though Aquamist had a copy of the survey, our sprinkler heads were installed 3 feet into our neighbors yard. Upon calling Aquamist, they first said they no longer work in this area, then said their service season was over.

This has nothing to do with servicing the system, it has to do with fixing an installation problem. They then said that the owner of the company would call me this as soon as possible. This was three days ago and I still haven't heard back. They were simply trying to make excuses to get me off the phone and give up.

I would not recommend this company to anyone as they clearly do not follow city or village code or the diagrams and land plots they are given. Avoid this company at all costs.

Came out for our annual start up. The exterior pipe had sunken they were not able to connect. Installer were there for 1/2 hour. So instead of charging me for an install which wasn't done - they are up charging me for something they didn't do ?

very dissatisfied with latest service.I used Aquamist for underground sprinkle services for the past 3 years. The service and quotes were not what was promised, had to double pay for two technicians when only one was needed. I firmly believe repair should have been done at no cost based on issue. I will definitely look for another company for future needs.

Very professional and honest. Showed up and told me the part that was broken, and recommended I look on Amazon for the part and they would see if their distributor could get it for cheaper. Fixed the irrigation system once part arrived.

Very professional and quick work to install and repair new irrigation system for our commercial property in Elk Grove.

We hired them to open and check our sprinkling system. It took them less than 45 minutes to open, check, and replace two sprinkler heads. They charged us for an additional 45 minutes of time not worked because they said their truck tracker stated they were at my house for 90 minutes. I explained to them that I know exactly what time they came to my front door and what time they left; I have cameras and text messages since I was working from home. After going back and forth, I was told it would be discussed with the owner and would receive a call back. They never called back. I do not know how they've stayed in business this long. We should have read other reviews.
