very dissatisfied with latest service.I used Aquamist for underground sprinkle services for the past 3 years. The service and quotes were not what was promised, had to double pay for two technicians when only one was needed. I firmly believe repair should have been done at no cost based on issue. I will definitely look for another company for future needs.

Very professional and honest. Showed up and told me the part that was broken, and recommended I look on Amazon for the part and they would see if their distributor could get it for cheaper. Fixed the irrigation system once part arrived.

We hired them to open and check our sprinkling system. It took them less than 45 minutes to open, check, and replace two sprinkler heads. They charged us for an additional 45 minutes of time not worked because they said their truck tracker stated they were at my house for 90 minutes. I explained to them that I know exactly what time they came to my front door and what time they left; I have cameras and text messages since I was working from home. After going back and forth, I was told it would be discussed with the owner and would receive a call back. They never called back. I do not know how they've stayed in business this long. We should have read other reviews.

I had been a customer for many years until May. Their prices had a steady incline while their service was on the decline. We redid our our landscaping in the fall, had them come out to make sure we were ready for spring and they said no worries, they would be able to do everything in the spring. Spring comes, I remind them 2 separate times when I call to make appointment and then again a few days before the appointment about all that needs to be done. They send the wrong guys, charge me $850 to fix some leaking pipes and faucets, don't actually fix what they said they did, and then say will send me an estimate for the new work. They sent an estimate that was not detailed at all and was outrageous- and they never actually came to look at the project. I found two other companies that came out, and prices were significantly lower and completely detailed. It is unfortunate that the company has changed so much over the last 10 years, but I would never recommend this company.

Worst. I knew they had poor business practices years ago when they continually found ""broken"" sprinkler heads during routine seasonal checks, when nothing could have possible broken them. At my expense, of course, in addition to their seasonal checkup costs. Against my better judgement, I included them in a list of service providers/ contractors who I considered for estimates in a landscape repair project (all of whom gave a free estimate as is customary). They came to my home to give the ""free estimate"" for landscape construction project, then insisted I pay them 80$, which I did not authorize. Then they raised the amount sent to collections, which I also disputed, yet for which I received no response. My credit score was 880 and now it's down 200 points. I have filed a compliant with BBB and am involved in a dispute process with Equifax to remove this only negative mark my credit report has ever seen. IGNORE the huge ""FREE ESTIMATES"" signage on the side of the van.

Not sure about all the negative reviews because my experience with Aquamist was phenomenal. I received several quotes from competitors for a complete yard irrigation system in Lincoln Square - with Aquamist coming in at the best price (one even quoted 2.5 times more for the same system). My sales rep was Mike Buttron who evaluated the system I needed expeditiously. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. The guys that did the install were professional and cleaned up after themselves. There were several modifications that required the team to come back out on two occasions - which they did quickly and without question. They walked my wife through the system, showing her how the modifications were now covering the entire yard and landscaping. Overall excellent customer service and value. I highly recommend.

I inherited Aquamist when we bought our home. They use to be wonderful! The last few years, not so much...
I have had constant problems with my system. Last year water was dripping in my basement where, apparently they did not shut the valve off correctly...got billed for that
...the latest was to discover that the original workers never turned on my outside water system! I had to pay for that service call.
The system indicates that water is running, but no water is coming from system. Again, someone will be coming out and again I will have to pay.
I have water welling up under the outside pipes and was told its probably condensation... Seriously?!?!
They are expensive, some of the office staff is sharp on the phone. I find them.unpleasant to work with.
