I used this service to repair my furnace (no flame). The coming technician gave misleading information, he said voltage distribution system failed, did not give any details information about what parts need to be replaced or repaired. He asked payment before doing work, charged me 900 dollars.

In his 30 minutes work, I literally just saw he only replaced the hot surface igniter and the thermostat in house. So this service is totally overcharged. During the service, any of my questions regarding what part repaired are not directly answered. I have to give this low rate of this service
