After coming home to pinhole leak in the cold water line above my water heater, I called around (after hours) and only a handful of places picked up. Ironically one plumber said they only help repeat customers after hours...well how do you expect to get repeat customers?!? Anyway, Aqualine picked up quickly after 7P.M., contacted the on duty plumber while we waited on the line, gave us a confirmation that the plumber was coming within 2 hours verbally and via text! Than the plumber texted and said he was on the way. Gabriel, the plumber, was very professional and knowledgeable and you can tell he loved his job. He gave me an estimate on the spot and got to work. Repairs were made and he cleaned up and departed. I'd call them again but I know I won't have too! Thanks!

Let me just first start off with how crazy this pricing of the company is. If we didn't need to get our only shower/bath fixed than I would've found someone else. During this whole process and situation my husband had created I personally want able to do some research on the company. If I saw all these stars and reviews before my husband had signed these paperwork I wouldn't have chose these people. It all started with an emergency repair to try and fix what my husband broke but because everything was out of code ""Gabriel"" wouldn't recommend it and just recommend capping it. I personally agreed with just capping because my ass was sick and need to throw up so I just said fuck it. After he left I asked my husband how much it cost and he said they charged him $1600 just to cap it. I of course freaked the fuck out for how expensive it was and then my husband ended up telling me he got a ""20%"" discount to do a yelp review. Still being sick I left everything in my husbands hands. BOY I WAS WRONG. When it came down to getting a quote for the tub we kind of though it would probably cost around 6k at most. He told us he needed to send his demolition contractor guy to rip out the tub which was $1600 AND TO TOP IT OFF his ass didn't even take the tub with him. He left it right in my front yard and told us we are in charge of taking it. It would cost more if he would to take it. Like WTF???!?? After the demo guy came my husband needed up getting the quote for the tub which ended up coming out to $8k (which included the price of the first visit I believe) instead which made me even more pissed. They came to do the tub the next day but instead of Gabriel showing up, he sends this other young guy. Seems very nice I ended up getting another charge on my credit card from their demo contractor dude for ""more wood"" for the studs and what not for $900 something dollars. During the whole process I was telling my husband this shit better be amazing I swear to god. When the guy told us everything was done we went to look and the way they just left our bathroom has me FUCKED UP! You're telling me for the amount of money we had spent they would leave our shower like that... you GOT ME FUCKED UP! I would've probably gave the company a lot less stars but the one thing I did like was how quick we got the help. But I guess you DONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!

Our electrician Eddie was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and adept at explaining what the issues/solutions were in layman's terms. We had a mess of issues stemming from 1) a botched job from a previously hired ""handyman"" and 2) a very old house that hadn't been updated since the 80s. Eddie handled it like a pro (which he is) and got everything safe and working as expected. While it was a big job and cost as much, the price was very reasonable for the work that was done and the time it took. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and plan to hire Aqualine electric division again for any future electrical needs that arise.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nearly 9k billed for a toilet and shut off valve which is ridiculous. This company took advantage of my in-laws. If Gabriel is your technician run far far away. Andrew who is no longer with them was amazing as he repaired and fixed another issue timely and at a fair price. Gabriel came out to unclog a toilet and said the toilet needed to be replaced. How is this cost nearly 9k. Beware of this company. They are scam artists.

I called Washington Home Services Pro to have a hose bib replaced. The plumber that showed up was from Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical & Heating Service. I hired Washington Home Services Pro based on their google reviews. I had explained to the person, who I thought was representing Washington Home Services Pro, at the number listed on the Google review. I told her that I needed someone thin to fit into a tight space in my kitchen to replace a hose bib. She said she had just the person. When he arrived, he would not stop telling me that a hose attached to the house bib would cause damage during a freeze. I tried repeatedly to tell him that a hose was not attached during the entire winter season and had just been attached. Despite my misgivings, I had him come into the house to show him the cabinet access. A previous plumber had used that access 15 years ago to install a complete new frost resistant hose bib so I knew it is possible. I was very uncomfortable with the plumber in my house. Not a problem I have had in the past. He gave me a quote that would be a minimum of $822.25 with the possibility of going over $1000.00. I paid the $99.00 charge for this laughable quote and sent him on his way. A got a call from Aqualine Plumbing. She told me that they bought out a ""bunch of companies"" and the Washington Home Services Pro was one of them. So, the reviews that I relied on turned out not to be a company that exists anymore.

Avoid Aqualine cost me not only over ~$2,000 and I had to have the electrical work redone, and I fear the disposal will need to have the pipes lowered in the future. I do not trust their work. I contacted Aqualine to have them provide estimates for electrical and plumbing work. The first to arrive was a Plumber to assess my request to have a garbage disposal installed under a new deeper kitchen sink. The estimate was itemized and included line items for ""installed customer supplied garbage disposal"" and for ""Lower kitchen sink drain 6 in and install clean out"". This estimate was lower than the others I'd received. I felt comfortable choosing this company since they could do both the electrical I needed and the plumbing. He asked for a deposit of $800 which I gave him. The following week the electrician came to estimate: installing a new outlet under the sink for the garbage disposal and troubleshooting 3 GFI bathroom outlets that didn't work. Estimate seemed reasonable and he could start right then so I had him start these two jobs.
I was informed of a fire hazard in my attic crawl space related to the non-working bathroom outlets. He had to rewire all 3 outlets and connect them to another junction box in the crawl space to make it safe, however he didn't have what he needed on this day and would have to come back. Before the electrician came back the plumbers came. The estimate for the work was to re-work all of the pipes in the wall behind the kitchen sink to lower the drain and install the garbage disposal. The estimate for all of this was $1605.26. The plumbers were here 45 min and informed me they were done. They told me they did not have to rework the pipes and simply installed the disposal. Since I'd paid a deposit of $800 I was due a refund. I said I was having electrical work done as well and would like any balance applied to this work. They said this sounded good and they'd let the office know. The electrician came back and ran a new wire in the wall to connect the 3 GCIs. He started to work and I heard a loud crash. He had somehow caused the bathroom fan in the master bath to fall to the floor taking ceiling dry wall and insulation with it. Accidents happen, and although I wasn't happy about it, as long as the company fixed the ceiling I wasn't too concerned. He worked for a few hours and then ""got the outlets working"". He left and said management would call me to arrange payment since I was due a refund and to let me know when and how the ceiling would be repaired. Not more than an hour later I got a call asking me to pay. I told the manager on the phone that I wasn't comfortable paying before my ceiling was fixed. He said he would have the drywall people call me that evening and asked me to pay the reminder of my bill. This was when I learned that the garbage disposal install that took less than 45 min was going to cost $695. I questioned this since this estimate was for when the pipes were to be moved too and now this install was much simpler. He said this was the line item in the estimate for the install and this was the price. I was not happy about this, however I had approved the estimate so paid the reminder of the bill. The restoration team came the next day to fix the ceiling drywall. They patched the hole and sprayed texturizer/primer and left. It wasn't the best dry wall job but it was done, or so I thought. They didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish so they didn't communicate that they were coming back. Two days later the drywall team showed up to paint. The ceiling was last painted by the previous owners so was not your basic ceiling white. They left to go buy paint and stopped on their way out and said ""same color""? I said it's a ceiling so just white. They returned and I was working so they went into the bathroom to paint. After they left I found out they'd painted the ENTIRE bathroom ceiling white. I didn't ask them to paint the entire room, and if they'd asked me I would have asked for a different color for the walls.

The electrical work has since been redone by another electrician. It was discovered that the Aqualine tech back fed the new line he installed to the breaker box. I was lucky it didn't cause a house fire.

We contacted them because we were having issues with the furnace. The person they sent to our house told us our furnace was not fixable and needed replacing.
My wife decided to contact PSE for a second opinion. They came out and said nothing was wrong with the furnace. They made some adjustments to the thermostat and we are all good now.
I would never recommend Aqualine because they had no intention of repairing my furnace, just replacing it.

Gabriel was super professional, came masked (much appreciated), really tried to work with us as much as he could on the price. We appreciated his patience as our entire household bombarded him with questions and possible scenarios. Also VERY unheard of to have a plumber on-site within an hour of the call, REALLY appreciate it. Thanks guys!
