I called out to Aqualine to get some plumbing work done in my Kitchen.

They sent Jordan to me. He is the man! Not only was he professional and courteous but he was also skilled and insightful. He quickly and accurately identified the issue with my sink and fridge. Gave me his honest recommendation and pricing. Which I found to be fair and straightforward. He quickly resolved the issue and communicated the whole way through the process.

I will absolutely be requesting him for any future needs.

Over the weekend I had some issues with the Rinnai Tankless water heater that was installed by Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical & Heating. I called in early Tuesday morning and shared my issues and concerns with Ms. Ramona. She told me that she would send out someone around noon. The technicians, Garrett and Isaac, called and asked if they could come earlier that the appointed time. I said yes and they were here in minutes. Garrett and Isaac were very kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They went right to work on my unit - troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. They had my unit back up and running in no time. I appreciate the way they both communicated with me and answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. They were so nice and willing to accommodate my personal requests to put some boots around the exhaust pipes to give it a more dressed up look. Garrett and Isaac are awesome guys and Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical & Heating is a great company that will satisfy all your plumbing, electrical, and heating needs. Don't waste your time and money on the other guys. Call Aqualine and save yourself time, money, frustration and aggravation. They'll get you right!

I've had two positive experiences with Aqualine. The first was a plumbing job with Joe who fixed my bathtub faucet. He did an amazing job and left my bathroom cleaner than when he arrived! The second job was electrical work with Jon and Franklin to install three wall heaters throughout my home, which required cutting holes in ceilings and walls for proper placement. This was a really big job but they were able to get it all done in one day, which I really appreciated. A couple of the heaters had issues the next day (one was blowing cold air and another was noisy), but Franklin returned the following day to fix both. I highly recommend Aqualine for quality work and professional service.

I paid $400 for a bid and I never got it. I'm on my 4th request. The technician was not interested in helping to me and he says he was going to look at my system but instead he just left. If you're looking for good service, this is not it . Don't do it.

Jeff and Daniel were great, clean and very fair price. Jeff not only was able to be around the same prices as other quotes given from other companies but he did more work then the other companies were going to do and still kept it at the same price. Jeff's knowledge and willingness to explain my water heater options was very reassuring. Will definitely call them from now on and request Jeff!

I had Aqualine install a ductless heating/ac units (2). Nicole was awesome and provided a clear quote. I did run into some issues where they installed something on the house that I didn't like the look of at all. Kevin the owner came out and was committed to making it right. They came back out and fixed the issue at no cost. They were committed to making it right for me and ensuring that I was satisfied. I am very happy with my service from Aqualine.

We called for help with a sewage backup in our basement, raw sewage was coming out and it was all terrible, it was also a Sunday. After calling numerous places they were able to come out the fastest. A ""Dispatch fee"" of $249 was high, but we were desperate. The technician Gabriel seemed nice enough and walked around our house looking for external access to the pipe. He believed a clog was somewhere in our pipe but could not ascertain where. He then charged us over $900 and used a camera and scope, and broke a bit of our wall, to tell us that the pipe was broken and that we would need to dig up our yard for them to replace it. He estimated the excavation cost at $5000 and the cost to repair the damage at $5000. But don't worry! He would generously not charge us the $1,300 (after tax) that his first visit cost us.
Now, prior to his inspection he also said it would be a total of $10,000 as we would have to dig up our back yard and he would have to use a water jet to clear the blockage. We found it interesting that no matter what the issue the cost would be $10,000
We decided to get a second opinion since $10,000 is an exorbitant fee and we were informed that the clog that is causing the backup is actually in the street, that we need to contact the city, and that in total for Roto-Rooter to fix it using the jet water would be $1,200 for those of you who are not good at math, that is $3,800 less than they stated, not to mention the $5,000 it would have cost for us to ruin our yard.
I am not much for reviews, but when someone screws young homeowners out of $1,300 I feel it is important to note. I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau and write a review wherever I can to warn people.

I had a great experience with Nicole at Aqualine. I had Aqualine come out for my furnace and ac. They came out very quickly and Nicole was so professional and nice. She knew her stuff she spent time answering all my questions explaining to me the different features in a heat pump and furnace she also explained the air scrubbers. Her explanations were really good she even informed me of expected maintaince. So not only was she very knowledgeable but her quote was extremely reasonable and it included everything I needed and asked for. With a lot of other hvac companies I had to go back and forth with them for a price that I felt felt was fair but with Nicole she worked hard to get me the best price with the features I needed without the hassle. This company also offered a wider variety of options compared to others I'd looked into. I can't say enough positive things about Nicole thank you.

Very poor value for the service that was performed. Their plumber Seth showed up and I specifically told him that there were two leaks because they occurred about 12 hours apart and in two different parts of the house. One was obvious and spraying water (toilet supply line valve) and the second was about 8 feet away but was likely behind a master bath sink but no visible leak except on the bottom floor. He insisted there was only one and was very sure. He saw the water leaking from both locations and quickly whipped out his phone and told me it was going to be $1100 to fix the toilet and $2200 if there were two leaks. I was shocked! $1100 to fix a leaky toilet supply valve? I told him that was too much, he looked at me said let me take this and this off and brought the total down to $676 just like that.

He turned off the water and put a new valve on in about 10 minutes, waited for another 5minutes to see if it leaked and then was ready for his payment. I asked what about the second leak. He said he was sure it was caused by the toilet supply line valve leak and his work was done and he had another appointment to go to. After he left I went outside to check and noticed that he forgot to put the outside valve cover back after he turned the water main back on to the house.

The second leak was a slow one and continued on and I waited for another local plumber to come and diagnose and fix it. Took him about 2 hours and a trip to the plumbing supply store to get parts to fix it. He charged me $699 for what I thought was a very fair price for all the work he did.

In short I will never be using Acqualine Plumbing again nor will I be recommending them to my friends and family.
