Whatever you do, DO NOT use Aqualine Plumbing. We called them for a simple water drain pipe repair and the plumber did not give an estimate, took our credit card information and charged us $3000 for about an hours work. They have also threatened to put a lean on our house if we contested it with the credit card company. On top of that, they didn't fix the pipe correctly. The had the water pipe running up hill. We had to call another plumber out to fix their error and that plumber charged us $189.00, which was fair.

Discouraged and disappointed. Now, I'm totally pissed!

Been struggling to get our AC fixed since last Saturday. $450 after, Issue wasn't fixed then as it wasn't a charge/refrigerant issue. Then they're thinking it's a valve issue. Promised they'd come out to repair it Tuesday. They weren't able to get the valve and come out. Scheduled to come out Thursday morning. Repairman comes...yay? No. Wrong valve. Promised to come back in the evening if he could or Friday morning. By this point, I'm guessing best bet would be Friday morning. Friday morning comes and goes so my husband calls the main office. Said they'd be here by 3:00-4:00 pm. 4:43pm nothing. I call, apparently the repairman got held up at a job. Husband calls them at 5:00 pm, they'll come out Sunday between 8-10 am and give us discount. Ummmm... we paid for an issue that wasn't the heart of the problem. You've promised all week to come and fix it and failed. Now, we have to go through another 2 sleepless scorching nights???

Today, husband calls to confirm our appointment for 8-10 today, which he confirmed twice yesterday. ""He'll be there between 10-12"". WHAAAAAT?!?!??! We missed church because of this! Now, waiting for a call from the manager! Argh!!!! Never again! Going with someone else for sure.
